A fully operational property running a mix of enterprises including livestock and manufacturing. There is approximately 3km of Manilla river running through the property. Sites are private and easily accessible. Pets welcome but must be supervised at all times. Animals found disturbing livestock will lead to guests being asked to leave immediately. This is a working farm and this should be respected. Sites are able to cater for larger groups of people with plenty of room. Plenty of room for kids to run around and play. Plenty of areas to walk and enjoy the river and the wildlife. It would be appreciated if vehicles are not driven around the property and are contained to the main entrance roads.

3A River Camp

This site is located on top of the bank of the Manilla river, only approx 25 km from the head of the river. There is a fire pit at this site. Some firewood is included in fee. However additional wood can be provided for a small fee. This is usable dependant upon current fire restrictions. There are no amenities at this site, however a toilet and water is located a short drive away. There is plenty of open space for kids to run and play in. The river is only 50m from the camp site and offers opportunities to cool off in during the hotter months. The river has a shale bottom and is generally not very deep but there are deeper holes along its length. There are plenty of Carp in the river if youd like to fish. there have been other types of fish caught here from time to time (Cod and Silver Perch) Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times and cleaned up after.

Absolutely gorgeous spot and staying on a working farm was such a treat, Rohan was a fantastic host and made sure we had the best time!

Rohan and his family offer an excellent camping experience on their property. Wonderful views, space and quiet to relax plus plenty of firewood to keep you warm. Would defined stay again when in the region.

3A Shearing Shed Camp
Stellar camp site. It’s working farm with cows on site and Rohan, the owner, gets around tending to the property. We have no problems being on a working farm, so think about this before booking. We came through in winter and Rohan supplied us with heaps of firewood which was super appreciated - given how cold it got as the sun went down. Would be super keen to come back in the summer to swim in the creek.

3A River Camp
Highly recommend staying at camp 3A Barraba, Rohan was an amazing host who made our group feel very welcome to his property. The site was extremely well maintained and even provided us with a very generous amount of firewood, the fire pit provided was next level. This site is perfect for both small and very large groups we even managed to catch a few fish out of the river. I highly recommended a visit to this property and will return for another visit.

We enjoyed setting up a tent next to the shed, having a fire in the fire pit and looking around the Shearer's shed. In the morning we went for a lovely walk around the property. Would be good to set up a sway in the shed for a sheltered stay. Rohan was very accommodating when we booked very last minute. Highly recommend.
