There are unpowered campsites next to the river but the amenities are about a 300m walk. We have a couple of horses, a few chooks and lots of avian wildlife live on the property. Peaceful and with abundant trees. Hot water shower, flushing toilet and 10 amp power available at the sites next to the amenities. Good access for caravans and all types of vehicles. Dogs or other pets not accepted. No campfires, total fire bans often in place here.

Great spot, peaceful and quiet, surrounded by horses, chickens and ducks- perfect 👌. Close to the house but not a problem, no noise or intrusion. Bathroom close by. Great hosts. Easy cycle into town. Would choose to stay here again. Feeding carrots to the horses was my highlight ✨️

Great privacy. Quiet site. Mowed sites, easy to find out spot. Lovely host. No hassles at all. We enjoyed staying at this site. The views of the view and kangaroos were a highlight. We camped here so we could go to the Dubbo Zoo. Zoo was literally just up the road. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The site is very private, nice and shady, close to the hosts house but you would not know. The amenities were nice and clean and Christine gave us clear instructions on how to get there and a warm welcome on arrival. Just remember to pack a converter as the power is via a standard 10amp. Definitely would stay again if travelling through Tamworth again.

Weekend Trip to Sheffield B&B Farm stay Tamworth

What a brilliant place to stay just outside Tamworth. We were lucky enough to arrive just as Debbie and her grandson were about to feed the animals. We had lots of goats running around and geese with some babies in tow. A beautiful sunset over the hills and a lovely, flat paddock to set the tents up. Flushing toilets and a hot shower were a bonus as was the firepit would definitely recommend to others.

Weekend Trip to Sheffield B&B Farm stay Tamworth

Location was good not too far out of Tamworth, land was flat and had easy access. Shared toilets were clean, but shower not very private. Centrally located campfire for all guests to share, timber provided which was great. More like caravan park feel due to lots of guests /sites close together. Good experience overall, the only issue was sprinklers were placed to close to our tent so our stuff and tent got watered.

Such a beautiful place, peaceful, kids were happy and to adventure around. Hosts were so wonderful, Kind and helpful had a good yarn with them during our stay, they let our kids be involved in animal feeding times and let them brush the ponies. Even allowed the kids to use the swingset when the gooses won’t around with their baby’s. My kids got friendly with other kids that were there and explored together. Definitely will be staying here again. Having a shower and toilet access facility was handy for our stay too. There was some magic golden hour sunsets/sunrises too! Thank-you guys again!

Was lovely to be out of town on a property rather than in a caravan park. Directions were clear, and hosts were so lovely. Our daughter loved the afternoon and morning feeds and horse brushing, plus the space to run around was perfect. It was a super busy weekend in Tamworth so very lucky to have stayed here. Other campers were lovely, friendly and quiet.

Perfect place for an overnight stay to break up our journey. Although there were a few other campers staying too (long weekend) everyone was so respectful of each other and it was a lovely quiet evening and night. I would definitely recommend if you are considering staying near Tamworth, facilities were great and the location perfect.

We loved our stay and found it really hard to leave. This farm stay was perfect for my daughter (8), with Debrah and Chris mading us feel like part of the family, taking the kids on the daily rounds with all the animals who are great with kids. We will be back.

Absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be happier. Deborah the owner was the best host. Happy for a chat, prompt with communication and absolutely nothing is a trouble at all. We were one of 3 vans close together and when arriving I was hesitant being so close but it was totally not a problem at all. The kids had an incredible time and asked to stay longer. You’re welcome to spend as much or as little time with the animals. The kids brushed the horses for hours. The bathroom facilities are A1. Very clean, assessable and great temp and pressure. Great play area with trampoline and climbing gym. Felt very comfortable letting the bigger kids explore.
