Oakey Farm is situated 15km from Tamworth's CBD, on a 180-acre farm. Take in the beautiful lights of Tamworth and views of the Peel Valley. The camping space is shaded and grassed, with a powered modern bathroom facility with a flushing toilet and shower. Children under 12 are free. Please still add them to the booking so we are aware of the numbers, you will not be charged. We currently only accept three bookings at one time, so you'll have plenty of space and tranquility.Set up your camp overlooking the picturesque Oakey farm. The campsite is nestled away from the main road in a quiet location. Campers can experience bird watching and a taste of the country life. The property is 15km from Tamworth's CBD, 29km to Chaffey Dam and 45km from the historic town of Nundle.

Perfect spot to visit Tamworth
Jenny has done a fantastic job setting up a beautiful Hipcamp. Super clean toilet and hot shower, amazing views and very close to Tamworth. Jenny met us on our first night and set up a fire pit for us next to our tent. I would highly recommend this spot if you’re coming for the music festival. Thanks Jenny

Not a conventional Hipcamp, but if you are looking for a lovely grassed site, superb facilities, and great views for your caravan, this is the place for you. I can easily understand why it is popular come Tamworth Festival time.

The land and view is beautiful. Modern clean bathroom facility too. It suited us perfectly as an overnight stop, but I wouldn’t enjoy staying there for a length of time if heavily booked as the camp sites are very close together. I expect that in a caravan park, but not if booking a big acreage property.

Camping in the country with a pool
Had a great time staying at Jenny's camp. Super friendly welcome. Ease of setup and incredible clean / new shower & toilet setup. And the amazing pool was great for cooling off during the hot days!
