Peak time prices apply. There is no Wifi available however there is very good mobile coverage. Tinny’s or Kayaks can’t be put in directly at hut, however we can show you where you can put them in on our property. We have 2 tandem Kayaks available for your use during your stay - Kid’s must wear life jackets at all times when using the kayaks. 'The Cottage' is open plan with loft style accommodation with 2 x queen beds, 2 x KS and 2 x floor mattresses. It has a lounge room area with TV, small kitchenette and bathroom. All linen is provided. 'The Shed' is also open style accommodation with 3 x double beds and 1 x KS. It also has a bathroom with laundry, Kitchenette, the kids pool table and a ping pong table. All bed linen for this area is stored in a tub in the shed and beds can be made up by guests as needed. Just bring towels! Making memories is what we are about whether that be fishing, swimming, kayaking, watching the races in the bar over a game of pool or just sitting by the fire with your favorite tunes to relax and unwind. Some guests may be lucky enough spot a platypus or even witness the mustering team in action from a distance. For those adventure lovers out there, who enjoy canoeing or kayaking, you may want to take advantage of being on section one of 'The Longest Whitewater Trail in Australia'. If you enjoy 4WD adventures a day trip to The Junction at the Nymboi-Binderay National Park is well worth the drive. The closest town to get supplies is Coutts crossing, approx 22km drive. There is a BP service station with a general store and post office inside. Here you can also grab a coffee and takeaway food. Coutts Crossing also has a Tavern which does lunch and dinner most days and locally run raffles most Friday nights. All fishing is catch and release - Please refer to the 'Rules' regarding fishing.

Zero tolerance in drugs but happy enough if you want a beer or wine unfortunately I have to state zero tolerance of drugs or drunken behaviour. We do allow fire pits but not during summer, windy times. But only in a fire pit bring your own fire wood.

'The Hut' is fully self-contained, with kitchen, bathroom, TV, ceiling fans. We supply BBQ, Camp oven, Chairs and Tables. It sleeps up to six guests, with 1 Double bed and 2 sets of bunks. All beds have Doonas and Pillows. For groups of more than six, we have the 'Donga' next door, which sleeps up to another four. The Donga has its own bathroom and beds in one large room dormitory style. Doonas and pillows are supplied. 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Tea towels, Bath mats and hand towels supplied. BYO Sheets and Towels. Group bookings of up to 20 are welcome using additional room for tents. We offer capacity for up to 8 people in tents in addition to the 6 guests in the Hut and the 4 guests in the Donga. Access is only possible for 4WD. Our track into Hut is 4WD only. Peak time prices apply. There is no Wifi available however there is very good mobile coverage. Tinny’s or Kayaks can’t be put in directly at hut, however we can show you where you can put them in on our property. We have 2 tandem Kayaks available for your use during your stay - Kid’s must wear life jackets at all times when using the kayaks. Additionally, if you have booked the hut for 6 and under guests, however you would still like some privacy, an option in extras is to book the Donga also for $80 per night. STRA: Exempt

'Killarney Nymboida River' is a family run working cattle farm on the banks of the pristine Nymboida River, located 47km Southwest of Grafton. Our accommodation would perfectly suit a few couples, 2 families or a group of up to 10 people. Your booking will include both The Cottage and The Shed. 'The Cottage' is open plan with loft style accommodation with 2 x queen beds, 2 x KS and 2 x floor mattresses. It has a lounge room area with TV, small kitchenette and bathroom. All linen is provided. 'The Shed' is also open style accommodation with 3 x double beds and 1 x KS. It also has a bathroom with laundry, Kitchenette, the kids pool table and a ping pong table. All bed linen for this area is stored in a tub in the shed and beds can be made up by guests as needed. Just bring towels! Making memories is what we are about whether that be fishing, swimming, kayaking, watching the races in the bar over a game of pool or just sitting by the fire with your favorite tunes to relax and unwind. Some guests may be lucky enough spot a platypus or even witness the mustering team in action from a distance. For those adventure lovers out there, who enjoy canoeing or kayaking, you may want to take advantage of being on section one of 'The Longest Whitewater Trail in Australia'. If you enjoy 4WD adventures a day trip to The Junction at the Nymboi-Binderay National Park is well worth the drive. The closest town to get supplies is Coutts crossing, approx 22km drive. There is a BP service station with a general store and post office inside. Here you can also grab a coffee and takeaway food. Coutts Crossing also has a Tavern which does lunch and dinner most days and locally run raffles most Friday nights. All fishing is catch and release - Please refer to the 'Rules' regarding fishing.

We are cattle farmers with free range chooks, we have a few horses We are within 10 mins to casino nsw or 20 to lismore We are close to rail trail If you are lucky you can see bottle fed calves pat a horse relax with tents or caravan plenty of flat land to turn around on. Drive thru sites if not raining We have toilet and showers but keep showers to under 4 mins due to only tank water here plus we have a great camp kitchen and depending on how many people here a fridge and freezer to use Pets allowed but only on leashes full time only zero off leash at all i have baby calves and don't want to see them hurt or your animals hurt either. Zero tolerance in drugs but happy enough if you want a beer or wine unfortunately I have to state zero tolerance of drugs or drunken behaviour. We do allow fire pits but not during summer, windy times. But only in a fire pit bring your own fire wood.

Loved every minute of it! Perfect get away with my daughter and granddaughter and our horses! Excellent large paddock for the horses; direct beach access with no roads to cross. Quiet and peaceful. The pool was fabulous and a friendly helpful host. We will be back.

Wow, words can not do justice the amazing time we had at the Ranch! The river views, the hospitality, the tranquility & the fire baths were just magical. Shanti has truly created a slice of heaven out there. For the icing on the cake, make sure to book the horse trek + swim.. i’ve done many treks in my life and this was the best. Plenty of trotting and cantering through stunning scenery, finished by a swim with the horses. Shanti’s way with horses is so special to witness, you can tell they love her as much as she loves them. We will be back, with friends in tow.

Sugar beach ranch is a really special place. Right on the beach with gorgeous forest and horse paddocks surrounding. The campsite is lovely with nice shady trees, toilet and water. I took my horse for a horse stay which was awesome for sunrise and sunset rides. It’s a nice spot with a horse or without. The pool is lovely too. Hosts were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!
