This camp area was beautiful. It was easy to find, Spacious, and comfortable. The owners were friendly and helpful upon arrival. My kids had a great time exploring the property and meeting the farm animals.

Very friendly hosts. Great set up in shed for families and/or groups - ensuite, full kitchen, washing machine, adult and kids tables and chairs, and games galore! Hilltop or creekside camp sites on rural acreage. Horses, ducks and kangaroos keeping an eye on you. A wonderful place to spend a couple of nights to get away and relax!

Great place! Fruit picking, farm animals, plenty to explore - perfect for enjoying with little ones. Close to wiseman’s ferry so a close little can be done. The hosts are super responsive and kind. There is no shade though on the site and must be factored.

I highly recommend Canoelands Orchard. We had a lovely stay there with another family and some friends. Site 1 is very spacious and provides good privacy. Being able to pick fruits and consume them during a stay is such a unique experience. The kids enjoyed the tractor ride and animal feeding and couldn’t stop talking about it after we got home. The owner Jaime is very nice and same for all the staff on site. We had a great time there and will definitely come back.

Had an amazing time camping at Canoelands! The place is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a weekend escape into nature. Host Jaime was super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. One of the highlights was the animal feeding—great fun for both kids and adults. We also got to do some fruit picking, which was a lovely touch and made us feel more connected to the land. Whether you’re after a quiet stay or something more hands-on, this spot has a bit of everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a mix of camping and countryside living. Highly recommend!

Stayed one night here. Lovely place, great camp shower built between two rocks Nice couple run it clean drop loos and nice camp sites by the Brook. Road can be a bit noisy but soon quietens down about sunset. I would stay here again.

5 nights at NSW Ski Gardens

If your thinking about visiting Wisemans ferry there isn't a better place to stay!!! The most picturesque views!! I would highly recommend getting a powered site. You get you own undercover area, bbq and gorgeous inlet into the river. The amenities are cleaned and the entire grounds are 10/10. Close by to the shops and a gorgeous pub- cold beer and great food. It is also a great fishing and swimming spot! We were just passing through here but our dog needed to undergo emergency surgery and were instructed that he can't be moved for the 4 weeks. The owners moved heaven and earth and allowed us to stay here for our boy could heal. It's truly feels like you are on a tropical island and hands down one of our best stays in Australia 10/10

We are surrounded by the stunning valley views of Marra Marra National Park. Guests can enjoy hiking, wandering the orchard picking fresh produce, taking a tractor ride, feeding the animals and relaxing. Please note we are a working farm so sometimes tractors and vehicles can be heard working from 7am. There will be foot traffic and possibly tractor rides operating near some of the sites although we will do our best to respect your privacy while you are here. We also have a quarry surrounding most of the property, so they sometimes operate machinery early. This is not generally too disruptive though. We are just 15 minutes' drive from the beautiful historical Wiseman's Ferry and the Hawkesbury River. There are multiple hiking tracks located close by. We have several sites to offer around the property. We have a beautiful huge dam just 350m down the gully. It’s super peaceful although a steep walk down the driveway to access, it's definitely worth it, so pack your walking shoes and some swimmers.

Next door is Oakvale Wildlife Park and close by is Irukandji Shark and Ray Encounters and Go carts Go. A boat ramp to the Tilligerry river is 2.5 kms away which is a great area to fish and kayak . Popular bushwalking tracks are also nearby. Our local shops including a Bp foodworks, bakery, bottle shop, fruit and vege and Take away are 2.5 km away. Also close by is Murrays Brewery and Sunset Vines both with great food, wine, beer and weekend entertainment. We have a flushing toilet.Tank water is for onsite usage only and we ask that you are conservative with water usage. Electricity hook up is available within the campsite (bring an extension lead) BYO firewood and please be firesafe at all times Dogs are welcome, for the safety of others campers they must be kept on leash during your stay and please keep dogs away from all horses on the property. We do ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave, we do supply a bin for recyclables such as bottles and cans only. There are fire drums available on each site, most with grill plates - subject to RFS bush fire danger ratings on the day. There are three communal flushing toilets and two awesome hot water showers! ALL waste is to leave with you! There are local bush walks through National Parks and great places for mountain bike riding although be mindful of holiday traffic in peak times on our local dirt roads. The local shop, Colo Riverside is open 4 days a week Thurs-Sun, just 10kms up the road providing last-minute supplies, ice, bottle shop, and cafe services. Please note: Due to our location bookings may be canceled at short notice in times of bad weather due to flooding, limited access, fire or flood warnings. We trust you will understand we are only looking out for your safety and of course, Hipcamp credits will be arranged.
