Our beautiful riverside farm is a 94 acre, private waterfront property. All camps are large waterfront sites and well spaced apart, with firepits and acres of open lawn space for the kids! Vehicle access is easy and no need to un-hitch if you're doing a short stopover. There is excellent fishing, bird-watching and natural ecology. We’re located opposite Rawdon Creek Nature Reserve with pristine waterways to explore. Free use of large 3 man canoe and high tide ramp available for small boats. Plenty of pure fresh rainwater to fill your van. Our pristine campsite location means we cannot provide toilets. WE ONLY ALLOW CARAVANS, MOTORHOMES or CAMPER TRAILERS with a working toilet. Beautiful undulating bush block with a lovely dam for swimming. The property offers about 10 acres of cleared and reasonably flat land to choose your campsite. Dogs are welcome under supervision. All guests need to be completely self contained. You will need to have your own toilet and shower facilities. As Caravans and RVs are unable to access the road further west, this is a great place to set up a base camp for day trips. Just 5 kms from Macleay river which is ideal for canoeing, fishing, swimming, etc. 10 kms east of the lovely area of Nulla Ck (home of Slim Dusty) and the historic village of Bellbrook that has a quaint old Pub that serves delicious food and has great views of the river. Past Bellbrook there is Blackbird Flat,(canoeing), Georges Ck Junction, and Wollomombi Falls, just to name a few.

This camp is a quaint and quite spot by the river. We were lucky enough to largely be there by ourselves and had a very relaxing time. The fish on the tally board as well. The owner also allowed us to use some of his rain water to fill up our van. Six nights of tranquil quietness. Highly recommended!!

This was a beautiful secluded campsite with nice facilities. The river was great to cool off in and we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves, except for the neighbouring cows. We will definitely be making this a regular stay.

Best camping right on the river banks, lovely grassy sites spent the week fishing and relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble for Scott and even brought down a pot to throw in the river. Loved we had full use of rhw camp kitchen to ourselves. Will definately be back.

Highly recommend this Hipcamp The entrance into the property was very inviting with a long road lined with trees and followed the river leading to the Farm house with a huge turning circle for caravans. The host Troy & Angella were friendly, informative and our site number 1 was right on the river. We had no trees in front of our site just some small plants. So we had full view of the river. There are steps leading down to the river which is sandy and good for swimming (which our dog Bonnie loved). You can have a small fire but we didn’t feel the need at this time of year. The grounds are very well maintained and nice green grass. We would highly recommend this Hipcamp and shall be returning again.

Our stay at Anchorage Park was amazing. So relaxing with stunning views and peaceful and private atmosphere. We enjoyed fishing onsite too. It was like being on our own little piece of paradise. Highly recommend this place.

Scott and Marg are lovely hosts. Site 4 was fabulous for fishing. Managed to land several bream and a flathead. Did get a chance to throw a crab pot in but looks like it would be good at the end of the site. Well kept site with a great outlook on the creek.

Lovely lovely quiet and picturesque spot on the river that was perfect to sit in and enjoy the surroundings. Bruce very communitive, camp areas well maintained the long drop loos very clean (and do not smell at all) very fancy long drops! Great spot for a quick get away.

Lovely spot. Tranquil beside the river but would book a site with clear river frontage (fishing) next time. Lots of birdlife and very friendly pups but we did have to put our old dog inside the van. Access was easy and instructions were clear. Will be back.

Weekend Trip to Little Rawdon Island Camp

We loved camping at Site 1. We had exclusive use of the camp kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. Scott and Marg are terrific hosts, friendly and welcoming. Only 25 mins inland from Port Macquarie, a cafe just 5 mins away and 10 mins off the Pacific Highway, we highly recommend this place for either a stop over or a week's stay. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. The fishing was great as well! Thanks Scott and Marg.
