2 nights at Rosewood Farm's Riverside Glamping
This camping spot is set in the stunning bushland along the Bargo River. Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature and the river, made for a perfect escape. The goats and alpacas added an extra layer of charm to the experience and the short walk down to the river made it feel even more special.
The tent is cozy and comfortable, and the toilet and shower are just a short walk away, Having access to hot water and electricity only a stones throw away was an extra bonus!
it was the ideal blend of nature and convenience.
Our wonderful hosts were attentive and welcoming, and the location was conveniently close to town for any supplies we needed.
This glamping experience is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and connect with nature with the camping experience, and without having to pitch a tent or sleep on the ground!
We will definitely be back again!

This was such a great place to spend the weekend. Everything we needed was there and Ben and Melissa were so helpful.
It is located conveniently close to town with plenty of things to do nearby.
Our kids loved the animals and the fire pit. Our hosts even set up soccer goals for our soccer loving son. We absolutely recommend and will be back to enjoy the river in warmer weather.

We stayed at the gorge campsite and the views over the gorge were absolutely stunning. The campsite itself was flat, spacious and private. Lots of firewood and beautiful birds. Sunrise and sunset were particularly special! Only thing to be aware of is it’s a fair walk to the toilet if you need it. Would definitely stay again!

Brilliant spot, Huge property with lots to explore.
We were fortunate enough to have the entire property to ourselves. Bruce has cleared several areas and placed firepits. There is a dam with a large section of bush to go and explore. The kids and adults had a ball.

We had an amazing weekend camping on this beautiful private property! From the moment we booked, communication with Gina and Shawn was fantastic—they were super accommodating with our last-minute request and even helped us find our way to the campground once we arrived.
As a lovely surprise, they gifted us the cutest s’mores kit, which made our night around the fire even more special. Their warmth and hospitality truly stood out—they’re the sweetest hosts you could ask for!
Wandering around the farm was such a joy, especially getting to meet the llamas (definitely a highlight!). The peaceful surroundings and unique touches made this getaway feel really special.
We’ll absolutely be back—highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in nature!

This was location perfect for the long weekend, to get away and recharge. Very easy to get to, close to 7 mile beach and Berry yet peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, freshly mown grass so the shoes didn’t get super wet in the winter dew. Each site has their outlook to the farm and surroundings. So nice watching the sunsets, the birds on the water, cows in the field. 💯 I’ll be back. After I left, I went to a public dump point elsewhere to empty the toilet and saw people jammed in like sardines and was so glad I didn’t spend my weekend like that…..so if your self contained and like outdoors you will love and find the value for money.

Land surrounded by trees, protected from high winds.

Had a very peaceful night at Old Fourty. Next time, I’d like to stay 2 or 3 days to soak up the serenity!
Bruce went out of his way to make me feel welcome and show me to the site.
There’s a pretty good pizza joint in Colo Vale less than 10 minutes drive away.

We had a lovely stay at the Wali Gnana site for 2 nights. The site was tucked around the corner with plenty of bush to make it feel private. Plenty of wood to collect in the area + a wood pile to make a good fire. Leanna kindly let me use the wheelbarrow to collect which made it a lot easier.
Highly recommend walking down to the gorge lookouts early morning (and day) which is an easy stroll with a little down hill (and back up). The fog fully fills the gorge in the morning and was incredible to stand and listen to the birds and running water. There is also a walk through yeh gate at the site into the bush which can go down to the gorge I believe. May be wrong about that but we just walked the flat section which was great.
It’s a very peaceful and quiet place with lots of nature to listen to and stars to see. Will be back for sure.

A wonderful camp to spend the night! This was the first time taking our new puppy camping and we couldn't have had a better spot. The campsite was beautiful and felt super private so he wasn't overwhelmed. The amenities were great, and the walks were interesting but not too long.

We loved our stay here! We were luckily able to camp on the Gorge site which is so unique and quite large. The river was up so the energy after big rain was awsome. The song of the lyrebirds was a bonus we saw plenty of wildlife. Leanne was a great and very accommodating host and a lovely lady. We will be back. Ask plenty of questions like most diligent hipcamp users and I'm sure you find a spot that suits.

The campsite was amazing, the toilet was very clean and whilst we didn’t use the shower it was big and clean as well.
The campsite is huge with enough room to cater large groups, people travelling with kids or pets and still have your own secluded area.
The walks are easy and have amazing views over the gorge, with seats and tables to allow you to relax while taking it in.
We’ll come back and stay again
