We think you’ll like Kickapoo State Recreation Area. With its abundant flora and fauna, you’ll think you just stepped into a Disney wonderland. Bambi, Thumper, Chip and Dale, and all sorts of adorable animals can be spotted running about the area. Spend all day in the water: fish, canoe, boat, or—and this is actually awesome—go scuba diving! You heard right, Kickapoo is one of the only areas in the state that allows scuba exploring. So cool.
