Edgewater Beach Resort is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. There are 2 RV sites at Edgewater that are located just a few feet from the water's edge. Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. Each RV site has water, sewer, and electric hookups, wifi, a private picnic table, and a private firepit/ grill. The sites are separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort has boat rentals, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, a playground, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for $20 a night. The resort is next to Empire Park which has lots of fishing spots, a playground, a disc golf course, and walking trails. The resort is 16 miles from The Branson Landing. You can get there by car or boat. Ask me about adding a boat slip to your reservation or about getting a discount for a long-term stay. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done.*

Our 11-site campground is situated on Arkansas Hwy 74E, approximately three miles east of Jasper and three miles west of the Hasty Cutoff for quick access to the Buffalo River! This is not a residential campground like so many in the area - it is exclusively for camping enthusiasts! Being former camping enthusiasts ourselves, we built our RV park to accommodate rigs anywhere from a small popup to campers and motorhomes in excess of 40'. We also created each campsite to provide LOTS of personal space, with campsites being anywhere from 30 feet to 50 feet apart. Each site features a firepit, with small bundles of firewood available for purchase. Picnic tables are also available for your stay. We offer five campsites that are pull-through with full hookups, and six back-in sites that have water and electric only (a dump station is available for your convenience). Also featured is a BEAUTIFUL shower building; one side for the women, and one side for the men. Once you step inside and shut the door, you will have the beautifully tiled shower, toilet and lavatory to yourself until you are finished! Laundry facilities are also available on site - rather than charging exorbitant rates for using the washer and dryer like other RV parks or laundromats, we opted to make it available to our guests for a simple monetary donation. A lockbox is conveniently located in the laundry room for you to drop your donation into. Come stay with us and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks and Buffalo River country! LOVED this spot. So well thought out, the location was so convenient, everything was well manicured and it was overall just really peaceful and beautiful. There was no wind like the last RV park we stayed at in Ponca and the bathrooms were really clean and spacious (although there's only one per gender!). It backs up to farm land and is separated by a barbwire fence you can hear the frog and crickets at night. We were the only trailer there during this trip which felt extra special - but site #6 has a great angle and space to it for a little extra privacy.

This was an absolute hidden gem. One of my favorite stays to date! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants an amazing getaway in the middle of the Ozarks. I stayed for a week during the month of April and the weather was fantastic. There were many hiking trails and access points to the rivers nearby. The owners of this RV park are the kindest people ever. The free to use washer and dryer units by the bathrooms were a huge plus. Would love to stay here again!

I picked this place because it was close to Jasper, which is a really cool little town, but but what I really enjoyed was to drive there and out the next day. Absolutely beautiful. I didn’t get to enjoy the camp area much because it was so cold, but I met Shane the owner and he got me hooked up with the vitals and I passed a very comfortable night. The next day, I took his advice and went into the Ozark Café for breakfast, which was delicious. I would like to come back here for a more extended recreational visit. There’s a lot to do around here.

Please note that several months after this picture was taken, we had to make the very difficult decision to remove the tree on the RH side when it became diseased. The large tree on the LH side of the picture still stands. As evening approaches, these sites do enjoy partial shade due to the large stand of trees across the road from the park.

Everything was perfect, we met Shane and he was very kind and asked if we needed anything. The bathrooms!!!! Let me tell you about them. Amazing!!! Hot water for days and clean! Plenty of space to put your shower stuff and clothes so they do not get wet.

We enjoyed our stay at Flatwoods RV park site 4. Only 3 miles East of Jasper, easy to find and pull into , nice clean grounds, easy hookups. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and beautiful!! Our only issue were the floors. They are beautiful but very slippery when wet. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a brand new, small campground that is beautifully done. It has an "in the country" feel to it and is near the Buffalo River and the quaint town of Jasper, AR.

This RV camp is a jewel tucked into the Arkansas mountains. It is only three miles from the town of Jasper and a nice grocery store so you don’t have to drive far for supplies. Also no long dirt road to maneuver - it’s right on a tar road that is not busy so still very quiet. The sites are spacious. There are onsite bathrooms that you wish were in your house they are so nice and so clean. There is also laundry facilities on site which is very handy. Shane and Debbie are really thoughtful people who we met and spent some time with on a couple of occasions. If you are looking for an RV camp spot near Jasper you won’t do better. I Highly recommend it.

Weekend Trip to Flatwoods Mountain RV Park

Had a great stay! The campsite was beautiful and well laid out each spot had plenty of space and privacy. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and the hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful campground. The sites are nice and spacious. Beautiful trees and surroundings. It was so quiet and peaceful. Wonderful owners. Very attentive and available if needed. We would definitely stay here again.
