Yellville, Arkansas, $500 monthly Gypsy Soul Villa and RV Park currently has 2 RV spaces available with 50 amp electric, water, sewer and fiber optic internet. Big Rig Friendly. There is a central fire pit with a playland for kids. These spaces will come with a picnic table and a double chair for relaxing. The spaces were just finished this week so the pictures still show the construction. Rent is $500 per month including utilities. We will do month to month or up to a 1 year lease. We are located about 6 miles north of Yellville, AR off Hwy 14. We are in a rural setting with beautiful sunsets. The property has our home, 5 cabins, and 4 RV spaces on 55 acres. About 5 acres are cleared and the rest are wooded. We have bees, goats, and chickens and are in the process of building an above ground community garden. We are pet friendly, drama and drug Bull Shoals lake is about 5 miles away for boating or swimming Crooked Creek is 7 miles away for floating, fishing, or swimmingSite 2 is a gravel pad with full hookups, 50 amp electric, water, and sewer. Will accommodate 40 foot RV's. This is a back in site. There is a public firepit a short walk away Enjoy beautiful sunsets or a walk in the woods Bull Shoals Lake is 5 miles away. $35 per night or $500 per month Crooked creek access is 7 miles away for swimming, floating, or fishing.
