recommend steer clear of WIllard Brook and Pearl Hill; especially if you have children. Both sites have had increasing gang activity (drugs, alcohol, nudity, profanity, violence, trails blocked, men coming&going from tents if you know what i mean). We have found&reported to the DCR voodoo dolls with animal sacrifices on multiple occasions. It's a beautiful area but unfortunately the state and local police not equipped or too intimidated to act.
