The sites are small (I didn't mind) but the views and the big trees were really cool. The campground isn't far from a store and a gas station, and if you keep going down South Shore road, you will see some pretty stuff; I was there in May and everything was lush and green, the little streams and waterfalls were still quite robust; beautiful!

A small campground, we were lucky to have direct access to walk down to the lake from our campground.

Go for one of the sites that has a view of the lake, it won't disappoint. There is a camp host on-site that sells firewood and ice. A well stocked general store, gas station, and forest service ranger station are all down the road near Lake Quinault Lodge.

Lake Quinault Lodge is just a short hike away from the campground via the Quinault Lakeshore Trail.Site #13
