Stay in a cottage or yurt at Tuscarora Park Campground overnight, and be one of the lucky few to greet the sunrise over Locust Creek before starting a full day of hiking, hunting or boating in an exquisitely vivid and picturesque area. Come back in winter for fishing or skating on the ice, just two more excuses to linger awhile in this natural paradise.

Beautiful state park with a lake, serene surroundings, and cabins for your stay. Book early, though.
Have stayed here once two years ago and the cabins hold up to five people comfortably at night. They have a fire pit, outside electric for a coffee pot or music. Showers and restrooms nearby and exceptionally clean. You can get plenty of exercise going to the lake or hiking around the park. Park rangers are available if I you need them. It is nice to get away from routine and go to the park to get away.
Recommended by my family and myself as the best vacation and is nearby or home.
