Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University, the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service), and plenty of magnificent restaurants.
There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. It is camping without someone crowding into your space. It is freedom from the hectic pace of the city.
There is a well maintained Compost Toilet on the property as well! Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided. Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. You can see the sun rise over the trees or the sun set behind a gently sloping hill. You will have access to all of the 30 acres. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

Our pond is charming and the focal point of the camping adventure.
We have a paddle boat and an electric john boat to toodle around in.

The pond is stocked with bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill and perch.
There is also a small island we call “Angel Island” that you can fish from or just sit on the deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the view.
There is a riding/walking trail that is approximately 0.7 miles in distance and basically encompasses the perimeter of the back area.
Walking is common, bikes are welcome and small 4 wheelers are also welcome. No side by sides please.
You won’t be over crowded here as we currently only have 7 total camping sites. However, we do have enough property to accommodate large parties, reunions or any other type of get-togethers.
Come see us and enjoy time away from the fast paced city!
You might hear the sounds of the coyotes yipping in the night or perhaps one of the great horned owls calling out from a big oak tree.
You may also see some deer, rabbits, squirrels and even armadillos.

Schulmans Movie grill with bowling and games. 8.6 miles away. So many restaurants across from Schulmans including Chilis, Whataburger, Collin's Street Bakery, Buffalo Wild Wings, and more. We have always enjoyed camping, scuba diving and travel... anything outdoors. We made a promise that If ever given the chance to share that joy with others we would and make it a great experience. We searched and searched looked at a lot of properties North of the Woodlands, to build our home. On a Saturday morning, my husband told me about a dream of 3 very tall and Magnificent Trees, soaring way up in the sky. The last 5 miles of the drive are on a "Red Dirt Road" and it can be bumpy or even slippery if it's rained recently. I've never heard of any issues in any vehicles but it's a county road. You will leave with red dirt on your vehicle but that's part of the appeal, the secluded getaway :)
Once you start down the driveway you'll see the lake through the trees, making the rough 5-mile ride worth it.

Enjoy a weekend getaway on this 7.6 acres primitive land. Sunsets and star gazing are amazing here. Bring your tent and setup in 2 different camp areas or wherever you prefer. Fires are permitted in the fire pits that are provided in two different areas of the land. Our land is divided in the middle where you are able to park. Bikes and atvs are welcome, there are trails for walking, a small hill by the pond that you can easily hike and open areas where atvs can fit all around the perimeter of the property. If an area isn’t open don’t attempt to use for your own safety. You can gather firewood from branches or trees that are laying around the property. Please do not cut or harm any trees.
Because this is a primitive camping site there is no water or electricity. Make sure you bring your own drinking water or water for any personal use. Compost Bathrooms will have some water for showering but if this runs out you will have to provide your own, these bathrooms are covered with 3 walls but are pretty private a few feet away from the campsites.
There is a pond towards the back of the property. This is collected rain water and it just sits there, there are small fishes in there but we suggest no swimming as it can have bacteria. We usually walk around it with rain boots. By the pond you will be able to see lots of beautiful birds while relaxing in the various chairs provided as well as a swing.
Trash bins are not provided so please carry out your trash. Please help us to maintain our land clean. Since there is so many acres we are still in the process of cleaning out what the other owners left behind.
We do have neighbors so please be mindful. Cows also roam around the property but are separated by a fence but you do hear them once in a while and sometimes you can see them up close. These cows do not belong to us so please let them be. A train passes near by too so keep that in mind.
Any other questions you may have feel free to message me and I will respond as soon as possible. There is phone reception in this area so you don’t have to worry about losing cellphone service.

If you’re looking for a relaxing adventure with all the comforts of home, this is the perfect stay. The host was amazing—friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. We brought our RV and were able to camp right alongside my sister, who rented the Airstream for Thanksgiving, which made the experience even more special.
The property itself was beautiful. We spent our days exploring the trails and enjoying the local wildlife, and our evenings were filled with cozy campfire vibes and plenty of s’mores. It was the ideal blend of comfort and outdoor fun. We can’t recommend this stay enough and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Stewart’s Cove in Cabin 3! Gene was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the cabin itself was clean and comfortable with great water pressure and a beautiful view. We loved camping on Regena’s land. She met us on the driveway and took us to our campsite. She picked one out for us that’s mostly grass, a nice newer picnic table, bucket potty that she emptied out for us, fire ring and trash bin. Her property was so private, Regena was the only person we saw. We loved the two nights we were there. Easy drive to Waco, we went antique store shopping and went to the Silos. Would highly recommend.

I had so much fun with my pup at the ranch! It was a wonderful experience and one I absolutely want to have again. My dog and I were able to explore the property and I love that he was able to be off leash. He is a very well behaved dog and it was lovely he got to be wild and free. We had a great time at Regena's place! It was our first trip with our youngster, so it was a bit of a trial run. Everything went great. Regena is close by and easy to get a hold of, but doesn't impede on you at the same time. She is a fantastic host- super nice and accommodating. Exactly the type of host you want. The location is outside of the city and is rural, but is also only a 12 minute drive to the grocery store for when you realize you forgot your coffee, like I did. There are some houses relatively close to the RV site, but all the properties have acreage, so the closest is about about a hundred yards away and is hidden behind trees, even in winter months when the trees aren't bloomed. Overall we enjoyed it very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Paula is so sweet and accommodating, very quick to return calls and messages. The site has its own style of charm and feels very private and secluded. The dock is big and we had one of the best star gazing nights ever. Really big sky! The road noise is the only negative which I read in other posts. It seemed like background noise to me but kept others awake. Overall We had a great time. Thanks Paula!

Excellent camping spots offering privacy and convenience. We set up camp near the pond, which has lovely views and multiple great spots for tents. The toilet were near the camp sites, but far enough away to offer privacy. The dogs absolutely loved being off leash and running around the pond. There is a little bit of traffic noise, but overall a wonderful stay.
