Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters.
Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village.

Beautiful property close to Crater Lake National Park. The Wood River runs through it. The 28 acres is mostly undeveloped, but there are a few houses and a restroom outbuilding. Bring your kids, bring your dogs; enjoy the beautiful setting. We have a few kayaks, or there are rental kayaks available nearby.
NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times.
Power has recently been going out more frequently due to the Pacific Power's "advanced safety settings". When the power is out the well pump is out, so there is no water. I am happy to provide buckets of river water for "flushing toilets" and pay for showers at the Klamoya Travel Center. I will not be giving refunds for a situation over which I have no control.

All the perks of camping without the fuss! Cozy bed. Even had some kitchen wares to use. Bathrooms and shower were clean and warmed with space heater, and had warm water. Beautiful views and close to crater lake. If you like camping this is a perfect lil spot.

The tent and bathrooms were spotless - possibly the cleanest hip camp I’ve stayed at yet! Beautiful and convenient location, thoughtful camp set up, and easy check-in / check-out. Having hot water in the bathrooms was really nice; Tracy also provided a small propane heater for the tent and there’s a very warm comforter on the bed. Would have loved to stay longer!

Well equipped and comfortable tent! Tracy was very helpful and the communication was great. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. Also awesome place for stargazing. Bathrooms were very clean! Perfect place to go out for a hike at Crater Lake National Place.

This place was fantastic! Beautiful spot with very friendly, helpful host. The tent had everything we needed and more. Comfy bed, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwashing gear, bath towels, and even a camp stove with fuel. The owners brought firewood and drove their kayaks up the road for us to paddle back to camp. Delightful!

We enjoyed our stay at Tracy’s land. There were a few other campsites on the property but everything was spread out well and we had our own space. Bathrooms were very clean. Our site had everything we needed. Small propane camping stove, fire pit, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, silverware, lanterns, bed with bedding. Only about 30 min south of crater lake. Would stay at Myrtle’s place again!

My partner and I and our dog loved staying in the big tent here! Directions were clear and we found our way easily. It is tucked away off of a low traffic road, and it was all nature (and cow) sounds. Other sites are within view, but there's plenty of space. The site had everything we would have wanted: towels, many small tables and chairs, a small picnic table, a small propane grill, bbq, and fire pit, as well as a number of cooking and dining supplies. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets were provided. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, including shower soaps, and the water heats up quickly. Tracy was very helpful with questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in a large, semipermanent tent with a bed, mattress, and most comfortable bedding. Is that glamping? Hot shower. The directions given are from the east. From the west, turn left on Dixon Rd from 62 and drive 1.6 miles until it ends, then turn right on Sun Mountain Rd. and drive about 0.4 miles to 42.7277, -121.9835. There will be a small green sign on the right with a couple names and numbers 55400-55430. Turn right at that sign. From the east, turn right on Sun Mountain Rd, and the small green sign will be on the left in about 2.4 miles.

I felt very at home at Tracy’s Hipcamp! So many great amenities, comfy bed and tent, clean bathroom. I would love to stay here again. The mosquitos were bad but with some heavy duty off spray and zipping our tent completely we were fine inside

This place was absolutely amazing! It had every amenity you could need for your camping vacation. Very comfortable bed, all kitchen utensils, camp stove, fire pit, flushable toilets and shower were all great perks. Very private and quiet location with a state recreation area 4 minutes down the road with river access! Hosts responded quickly and were so kind making sure we had everything needed while still providing us privacy. Highly recommend! :)

Camping at Fourmile Lake was awesome. We drove a few miles in on a dirt road from hwy 140. The lake was peaceful and private, with just a few fisherfolk on the shore and in small boats. The sites are right on the lake, maybe 100 ft to the water. We stayed in site #11 for one night after Labor Day. There were a number of other campers, but the sites are far enough away from each other to feel unaccompanied. The water was warm enough to swim on a hot day. There are plenty of pit toilets, surprisingly well kept.

I ended up here based on the recommendation from the Ranger in Lakeview that this campground would not disappoint! He was right! It is in a delightful, remote location at a bit of elevation -- perfect for stargazing and peaceful quiet. Each campsite is HUGE - tons of space. Mine had a private meadow. The forest is expansive -- you can easily find trails to wander on (some created by the cows at pasture). There's a trailhead with official paths ~4 miles from the park entry (2-3 miles away from the camp ground). There's a vault toilet -- which frankly was one of the nicest toilets I'd seen in a park!
Notably this campground is only maintained from June 1 - October 15 -- however, I camped there on October 18th. It was cold...
