35-acre bucolic farm with goats, sheep, chickens and geese. Sites are near our one acre pond and each site has a fire pit. Our farm borders the 1,000-acre Hibernia Park with its historic mansion, extensive woodlands, hiking trails and along the beautiful Brandywine river. Lots of wooded areas, trails, rock outcroppings and beautiful scenery. The entrance to the park is through our farm gate near Site 2 and then down a trail.
There is an indoor powder room with flushing toilet and sink for campers to use and a small camp shop. Wood is available for purchase. We are located
5 minutes from the hospital, 10 minutes from grocery stores, 30 minutes to Amish country and Longwood Gardens. Hopewell Furnace, St. Peter's village, Daniel Boone homestead, Historic Springton Manor, Marsh Creek Park and lake are all nearby.

- OVERLANDERS: You can bring your overland camper if you want, but you must park your vehicle in the parking spot across from your site at sites 1-3. It is a safety issue to block the entryway/exit lane. Site 4 is large enough to accommodate your vehicle and these rules do not apply there.
-This is a place for relaxation and reflection by the creek. No loud groups, or partying allowed. If your neighbor can hear your music it is too loud. If your host can hear it, you will be asked to turn it down or off all together. Again, please come here to chill, playing football/volleyball or similar sports and screaming/cheering while your neighbor is trying to enjoy their time here is rude.
-This is a pack it in, pack it out site. This includes food waste, and any garbage produced. Please respect that :) DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BURN ANY WASTE IN THE FIRE RING BEFORE CHECKING OUT. DO NOT THROW FOOD SCRAPS IN THE CREEK!
-There is NO FISHING, kayaking or boating. Go for a swim and float, no prob! But please float in the vicinity of your camp, so as not to disturb other campers.
- Please do not invite visitors to your campsite. This is an insurance issue, no exceptions. If you want friends and family to experience our beautiful spot, please have them sign up and book a site, wouldn't that be more fun anyway!? People coming to our land who are not booked at a site will immediately be shown off the property.
-Due to many guests asking for earlier arrival and later departure times, we are strictly adhering to the posted check in and check out times.

Secluded River View is a flat grassy space on the banks of the Conestoga River ideal for tent camping. Guests will enjoy 0.4 acre of grass to themselves surrounded by a creek, river and woods.
The site includes a fire ring, picnic table, hammock overlooking the river and swing for kids. A natural sandbar in the river provides a fun place for children to play, and explore (and throw rocks into the river as every kid seems to love to do). The river is normally slow enough to paddleboard, canoe, or kayak. Tubing is popular and there are several places that you can drive to and access upstream and float back to your campsite. Common fish species for fishing include bass, catfish and carp. It’s the perfect place to unplug and reconnect with nature!

Campsite is located on a 12 plus acre family horse farm. There is a patch of woods with a small creek that runs through it. We are located 10 minutes from Rock State Park, Eden Mill Nature Center, and the MA and PA walking trail. We are 20 minutes from Jerusalem Mill Village. You can hike, bike, climb, and swim at 2 or more of these locations.
Tucked Away Acres is just that, we are tucked away behind other houses. The property backs up to power lines where deer can be seen often. We offer a large fire pit, horse shoe pit, small playground, trampoline, swings, and a small zip line over the creek in the woods. Horseback riding is available on certain weekends only (weight limit of 180 lbs) for an extra charge. Type of riding depends on skill level, leadline to guided trail ride. We have a produce stand that has tomatoes, squash, cucumbers and more.

Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's.
Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows.
There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites.
Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive.
Cool and brand new Brewery opening up soon right across the rd from Cowtown and right next to The best Cowboy outfitter.

Relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Feast your eyes on the luscious green pastures with grazing horses and cows while enjoying the sound of wild life all around you. You might even be lucky and spot a Bald Eagle here on our property. If you get caught on a rainy weekend we offer Plenty of indoor activities inside our large indoor arena. You can sit on the lounge and read, play board games, pool, darts, archery, watch a movie on the big 20" screen etc... PS movie viewing subject to fees and booking 1-2 days in advance.

Great campsite! The views of the farm and surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Greg was very accommodating and a great host - even with a last minute booking request! The $12 firewood package is more than worth it. Everything you need for campfire cooking is provided. It rained the night I was there, but the tipi tent provided did an awesome job keeping me and my pup dry. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks again, Greg!

Just spent the weekend here - my son and his GF were in the large tent, and my daughter and I were in the treehouse. Everyone has already said what is true - the attention to detail to make guests feel welcome and comfortable is above and beyond. We only brought a cooler with food and never left the area all weekend - had amazing steaks using the charcoal grill (charcoal provided!), yummy breakfast using the propane stove, even good coffee! The walking paths are covered with grass or moss, so even though it rained the week before, it was not muddy! The creek is the perfect creek, with some parts shallow and some deep. I may have spent a couple of hours on the hammock listening to the creek sounds. Thank you for sharing this special place with us; we will be back because it is only 90 minutes away!!!

Anne and Tom were absolutely amazing hosts! They have the loveliest farm where they grow an abundance of wonderful produce and even allowed us to harvest a box full of produce to take home. We were able to share with both of our families AND pickle surplus for ourselves! The animals were such a joy to experience and the Tom’s home made iced tea is a must try! We highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Conowingo Creek Campsite
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! The set up was so thoughtful and the camping spot was very peaceful and lovely. Everything was very clean and organized and we were grateful that so many amenities were available to us at the site. We enjoyed nearby hiking and loved relaxing by the creek and at the fire pit.

We had such a wonderful stay at this campsite! Kelly & Gini were fantastic hosts—friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The campsite had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the space was especially great for kids. There was plenty of room for them to play and enjoy themselves. The creek was a major bonus, the kids loved swimming in it. We really appreciated the thoughtful setup and family-friendly atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great camping experience!

This was my first time booking Grove Point, and using Hipcamp. What an amazing inaugural trip! Eagle's Nest was the perfect location on the water, and I appreciate how secluded it was. The directions to the actual site were very clear and easy to follow. The sunset was incredible and I enjoyed swimming although the beach is mostly rocky. The birdwatching was great too, I will definitely return to this spot.

We cannot put into words how much we loved that hidden gem! Remember „little farm on the prairie“? Anne and Tom have built their own little paradise and share it so kindly and generous with their guests. We collected fresh eggs, berries and veggies for free and were allowed to pet and fed their farm animals. Our dog thrived in the fully fenced enclosure and we had a perfect idyllic getaway. 10/10!!!

The campsite was fantastic and very spacious. The river was a wonderful bonus. We definitely want to return when the weather is cooler, ideally not 90 degrees, but it was a great spot with plenty of space for the dogs to run around.

I absolutely loved tent camping on David’s beautiful property. It was the perfect mix of privacy and peaceful farm vibes. Everything was so clean, thoughtfully set up, and well cared for.
One of my favorite parts was walking around the property, taking in the views, and even sneaking in a hammock nap. 🌿 Like so many of the other reviews, I was already planning my next trip before I even left.
David and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they truly add to the experience. I feel so blessed to have found this little escape. It was the perfect place to slow down, unplug, and enjoy God’s creation. 🤍
