We recently purchased this and put a house and fill basement in it. We have a cool old barn and corrals that have been there for decades, as well as other old buildings. We offer our basement as an Airbnb rental, and would like to offer camping opportunities as well. Our property is quiet, peaceful and scenic. This campsite offers a unique experience with its hobby farm setting, featuring a variety of farm animals that guests seem to enjoy, particularly the horses and peacocks. The location is described as peaceful, with beautiful views and a stunning night sky, making it a great stop for those traveling through Montana. While most campers found the host, Linda, to be welcoming and accommodating, a few noted a lack of communication, which made them feel unwelcome. However, the majority of feedback highlights the serene atmosphere and the joy of interacting with the animals.

I loved camping at the cute little hobbie farm they had to offer. My son loved the animals and we had a great time. Would come back again when we travel on through.

This was a great spot to stay on my way out to Glacier, and the view was amazing! Also gotta love the horses 🐴 There were other farm animals there too, and while they could be vocal at times they weren’t too bothersome.

It was so awesome to find a place to camp for the night on our way through Montana! Linda was a great host and even let us move our tent under her deck to avoid getting rained on. Her property has beautiful animals including horses and a nice view of the landscape.

Linda’s was a great place to stay! Perfect for along our drive cross country. The place is beautiful, great sunrise, and the animals are so fun to be around. Highly recommend the stay, very convent off the highway.

Camp near medicine
Tent · With kids
The view is nice. It was easy to locate from medicine rocks. (Cell service is spotty so we appreciated the reference points from Baker and the Park.) It was nice to be in a remote area. We were able to have fun watching the host’s animals too. It didn’t bother us, but a heads up for others, You will hear turkeys, ducks, chickens, cows, and roosters. Host accessible with questions on the app.

Serene and stunning
Serene and absolutely stunning views. It can feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Linda was very welcoming! And the assortment of birds was unbelievable (spoiler peacocks!)
