Located on a summer camp property in central Wisconsin. We have multiple large campsites for tent camping that can accommodate groups as large as 50 people, a few places for an RV could be set up at, and several cabins. The property is located on 2 quiet lakes, with great opportunities for swimming, fishing, and boating. The swimming area has a great beach and a diving raft (depending on the season). We also have a large dining hall for indoor activities, and several outdoor program areas. We are just south of the Chain-o-lakes and Waupaca, so there's plenty to do a short drive away.

We love tent camping the Pioneer site at The Summer Camp Experience! The site is huge and very private. It would be perfect for a large group of campers or for people with dogs that want a little privacy. It is just a short walk to a beautiful lake with swimming and some boating available. Just be aware that this is a true rustic experience! At the site, there is an outhouse type toilet and outdoor running water (with an indoor toilet and shower available at the lodge). Highly recommend this site and we will be back!

This place is FANTASTIC 😍
Very secluded. We were the only campers there the first two nights but we were weekday camping. The third night there were other campers but we could only hear them, not see them.
The site includes two picnic tables, a fire pit, and a vault toilet although the owners (whom I never saw) left the office open for us so we could use their flush toilets and showers.
The lake is a short hike down the hill and is perfect for little and big kids. There is a small sandy beach and a big enough shallow area for smalls to play in and a large, beautiful lake for swimming or fishing. There is a dock as well.
There is a gas station about 20 minutes away that has ice, water and snacks.

Two thumbs up
It was very private and the fishing was just a walk away on the lake. The trees lined the sight but has a beautiful open view of the night stars. Ian was super friendly.
