Drive a mile down a bumpy dirt road into the woods and land at a secluded quiet location on the Wisconsin River. Enjoy the sandbars that you can walk out to and even camp on if you’re comfortable doing so. I live in the house on the property, there is an acre of flat land to park a camper or stay in a tent. I also have a small tiny house in the yard that has a queen size and twin size bunked beds inside, equipped with electricity, a space heater and an air conditioner.

I loved staying here. The RV had everything I needed for my stay, very clean and well maintained with a great view of the river. I haven’t seen another RV this clean!! The host was absolutely amazing with keeping in touch. I highly recommend staying here.

Took a girls trip to Katlin’s backyard and it was absolutely gorgeous. My daughter enjoyed running around and playing on the sand bars. Quiet and cute spot. Katlin was welcoming and quiet as well, kept to herself and answered all my questions with kindness. 10/10 would come back! Thanks Katlin!

Dirt Road River Retreat

We had an amazing weekend on the river. Even though we didn't spend much time on the property, it provided us access to an awesome area of the river where we were able to find a great beach with incredible views, plenty of fire wood and an awesome fishing experience. The site is secluded with easy access and very clean. Would recommend it to anyone trying to disconnect from screens and re-connect with nature and people!!!

Dirt Road River Retreat

If you’re looking for camping, fishing, and a beach vacation all in one then look no further! The host was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed including leaving us an extension cord. We spent so much time fishing and swimming that we didn’t even use the kayaks!
