Beautiful territorial view. See 2 states, 5 counties, 9 miles of Pend Oreille River and 2 ski resorts right from your RV. Near several lakes, Pend Oreille River, 2 Ski Resorts, Silverwood theme park. One hour to Coeur d' Alene or Spokane, 30 Minutes to Sandpoint ID. The RV pad is a 'Pull In' design, big enough to fit ANY RV. The gazebo and patio are about 70' from the owners home. Full hookups, SWP (50amps), can handle all RV types up to 45ft Class A, level gravel site, paved county access. We can a host Tenters, bicyclers. We have hosted travel trailers, but they have to back onto the site, so the SWP is on the opposite side requireing running your hoses under the trailer. Use the Gazebo with cooking fireplace, propane BBQ, outdoor firepit. Access on paved County rd.Spectacular views of the Pend Oreille River from your RV spot. Easy access to hiking, biking, kayaking and pickleball. Pull in and park on level gravel. Adjacent to the Gazebo with a wood burning fireplace, including tables and chairs and a propane BBQ. We had a wonderful time enjoying the amazing view, relaxing by the fire, hiking at Bead Lake, playing pickleball in town, and going to Oktoberfest in Priest River! Joel and Mercy were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed visiting with them!
