The camp was clean and so were the bathrooms. I recommend getting a pair of complimentary ear plugs for free from the office, they really help with the train and crickets at night

Great location. Easy access.

This campground is a terrific location, on the Columbia Gorge, next to Stevenson. Beach with swimming, boating, and fishing access is a short walk away, or even shorter drive. Many other wonderful places to visit in the area. Site was accessible for our 45’ fifth wheel (however they did swap us into a slightly more accessible site than D13 when they saw our size). Campground has nice mix of sun and shade. Narrower sites, but still accommodated slideouts fine. Only issue was that the 50amp was giving low-voltage output when it got hot (and everyone started using their AC). 30 amp worked fine, but our RV couldn’t keep up with the heat with just 30 amp. Laundry and bathrooms are nice bonuses as well.

What a great stay! I was super busy and needed a good rest between fun days. The hosts were consistently ready to help me out. Everything was as what was advertised. Although they suggested 4 wheel drive for the elevation gain for the T4 campsite I reserved, I didn't need it even when backing up a small cargo trailer with a Tacoma truck. Will definitely stay here again and spend more time in Stevenson and nearby Cascade Locks! What a great stay!!!

Love being across from the river, cute little campground, only thing that could be improved was the customer service at the office. I had booked one spot, when we got there we were put in a different spot, then I asked if we could move to a spot next to us to be in the shade and have a little more room and was told no because someone else had that spot which is totally fine, but I also brought up the fact that we should have been in a different spot and was told we got moved because a larger Rv was coming in. After two days neither spot had been taken. Totally not a big deal we still had a great time, just wanted to give ya’ll a heads up! Thanks!

Great views and a great park. The busy road and train weren’t terrible and didn’t affect our stay at all and we would absolutely camp there again. Close to countless scenic recreational areas and some great breweries as well.

Checking in was smooth and the hosts were friendly. They showed us to our site which was small but totally doable. The location, like others have said are close to the train tracks. The trains run all night and are not your typical Amtrak trains with a whistle here and there, but trains running at least a mile in length, running coal and oil. Extremely loud whistles running all hours of the night are sure to wake you up just when you’ve fallen asleep. Over and over again. This place has people living in it year round in campers surrounded by junk. I can deal with people living it in year round but what an eyesore. Clean it up and you may get better reviews. Bathroom and showers were very clean. But shared with both men and women. Kind of weird. But whatever. We opted to forfeit the second night we paid for and went elsewhere. Panther Creek dispersed camping is where we ended up. And that was free! The photos were also a little misleading.

We loved the new area! Clean showers and bathrooms! Take note, the trains do honk on the other side of the highway thru the night. But if you’re tenting it and you pack a noise machine (or you’re tired enough lol) you’ll be fine. 😉 Friendly staff and a beautiful area!

Loved this location. The people are great. Didn’t use the showers but the laundry room was nice. Bring your own quarters. The road nor train noise bothered us (we run a fan all night which provides white noise). The only thing is I wish I’d chosen a shadier spot. Chose D14 off of a map because it was on the end and seemed more private — we hate sites that are super close to your neighbor. But D14 has no shade and it was hot and sunny.

Great Tent Camping!

This tent camp spot was perfect for the weekend! The park was small and quiet which we really enjoyed and the bathrooms were really nice and well kept. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a few close spots to swim and take out kayaks on the lake, there is also multiple stores in the little town that is just down the road. The train didn’t really bother us, it really only went by once at night and a couple other times during the day but definitely not as bad as we thought it was going to be. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend and stay again!

Location is closed to the street which is nice for someone who doesn’t know the area, and there is a lot of noise from the cars/train but we did it mind that. If you’re not used to noise, just be aware. The check in process was easy, & we had wifi which we didn’t expect. The community was nice and there was showers & bathroom, which on our camping roadtrip we very much needed which was great! Pretty great overall, especially being amongst the forest/nature.

Amenities are awesome and super clean. We'll kept grounds and beautiful view of the mountains/hills. The only down side to this spot on their grounds is that it's right off the main road. Pretty noisy but that's was pretty much expected. Recommend this rv park in general though

This is a very nice little park right on the banks of the beautiful Columbia River. I met the owners Astrid and Rolf and talked to them for quite a while. They were extremely friendly and helpful and excited to tell me all about how they built the park themselves from nothing over the last 25 years. If you're coming in with a bigger rig, I'd suggest coming via the southern route through Cascade Locks as the bridge to cross the Columbia is much wider there, and there are no tight tunnels. Next time I return I'll definitely be going that route.

Best thing about the spot is the location: great proximity to so many wonderful places to explore in the Gorge. The RV Park has great bathrooms, showers and the camp host was super responsive and helpful. As a new RVer, the site was a little challenging to navigate, but probably no problem for someone with experience.

Unfortunately there was 2 wildfires within a few miles of the campground when we were supposed to arrive... The roads were all closed and the air was super smoky, but the host reached out and made sure we were aware of the situation and had other arrangements. Very very friendly and helpful, refunded us fully within a few minutes. Wish we could have stayed, will definitely come back another time!

Really clean and well set up sites. We booked the RV site for the power outlets but used our tent. Outlets were great for microwaving food and cooking. Bathroom and shower were spotless, which my wife appreciates. Great central location for hikes. Very nice and communicative owners. Would book again. Can get a bit noisy with train going through at night but didnt disturb our sleep.
