Located on 175 acre farm. The site is for tent camping. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Private fire pit and yard. Duck Hunting, Fishing, Kayaking and Horseback riding available on the farm with advance notice. Within a 30 min drive to all the local attractions: VIR, South Boston Speedway, Mayo Lake, Hyco Lake, Buggs Island Lake, and about an hour from RDU. This place is a relaxing oasis.Pitch your tent at our farm and relax, it is one quarter mile off a secondary road, you will enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. There are many trails to walk in the woods and take in nature and wildlife. There is a pond for fishing and kayaks at the pond for your use. Swings, play equipment and games for children are on the property as well. Bring your dirtbike or atv and enjoy the MX track and numerous trails on the property. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water and a porta john for guest use as well.

Paradise Campsites

The site was beautiful, with lots of quiet open space. There are railroad tracks close by but we only heard a train twice all weekend. There was also a golden retriever that adopted himself into our camp but he was sweet (as long as you keep your trash out of reach lol) and got along with our puppy great. Stephanie was awesome and attentive as well, answered any questions I had quickly and clearly. It's a great little spot!
