    Tent camped, Oct 2026.

We had a lovely stay in the 'Quiet Meadow' spot! The clear nights made for exceptional star gazing under a Bortle 2 sky. A rare and sumptuous treat! Christian was very responsive and he provided us with plenty of good burning wood for a fire. There are lovely places to hike walking distance from the camp site. If you are planning on purifying stream water to use, you should ask Christian about the best place to collect water. A stream does not run right along the site itself. There is occasional traffic passing from a nearby dirt road, but the evenings are very quiet. Overall we had an enjoyable stay!

    Nice little quiet spot.

Camped in a 12 ft rooftop tent, Aug 2026.

    Recommends

Stayed at the quiet meadow spot and it was a great little getaway for the weekend. Little meadow with plenty of room to park and have your set up. Firewood with fire pit was provided by host and picnic table and trash bin. Great communication with host and helpful people. Will definitely return again.
