Spacious, level camping well-suited for travel trailers over 40 ft long.
Newly renovated** Great location to vistit Fredricksburg wineries or shops or plan a guided hunt near by. Our 10 Acre homestead in the making. We have a large garden and chickens at this time. Rotational cattle grazing in the spring. Sunsets are spectacular. Great evening breezes. Great location to just relax We have a 32' RV available for rent if you don't have your own. Message for more info.Enjoy the peace of the country only 10 minutes from Fredricksburg . Relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset at the picnic table. Our private home is far enough away for privacy. We have a large garden next to the site and some free range chickens to add to the homestead ambience. Hunters are welcome.

Absolutely wonderful!! Such a lovely property and Billie and Herb are fantastic! We were able to purchase fresh eggs, jam and some veggies! We highly recommend Romans Retreat!!

Herb and Billie were lovely hosts. The camping spot for my RV was just right for a night's stay while traveling across Texas. Great dark sky spot for stargazing.
