Amenities Rock Ridge Resort at Royal Blue is a gated entrance campground located in the foothills of the Cumberland Mountains in Northeast TN. Located on Stinking Creek Road (exit 144) just 4 miles from Interstate 75, our campground offers amazing amenities, safety, and comfort for those who are looking for the ultimate camping experience. At Rock Ridge Resort, we have a beautiful resort-style swimming pool and lounge area. A gazebo with a sitting area to enjoy your lunch or watch a game on the TV. We offer a clean men's and women's bathhouse for campground guests. If you are looking for some fun family competition, we have a gorgeous pickleball court, other outdoor games, and a playground for the little ones. Have dogs? Our dog park is perfect for you and your furry friend! If you are looking for a secluded, peaceful and gorgeous country setting on 5 private acres with a fishing pond and gated security, this is the home for you. Located in Tackett Creek, just 1 mile from the Tackett trailhead, this lovely 3-bedroom home with 2 spacious baths has been completely renovated from top to bottom. The eat-in kitchen has all-new appliances, including a washer/dryer, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a full-size electric range, and a Keurig coffee station. Bedroom number one has 2 queen beds and a walk-in closet, bedroom number two has 1 queen bed and a walk-in closet, and bedroom number 3 has two queen beds and 2 twin beds that are inside a large walk-in closet. This home comfortably accommodates 12 guests. Enjoy the beautiful wraparound porch overlooking a huge 10-acre lake. There is a lot of parking available, along with a covered pavilion for your off-road vehicles. All linens and hospitality supplies are provided along with a large picnic table and a charcoal grill.

Welcome to Volunteer's Landing, a beautiful 5 bedroom / 2 bath custom built cabin nestled just a quarter mile from the trail head at Ride Royal Blue and convenient to two great ATV repair shops. Relax and take in the mountain views on a full width screened in back porch that comfortably accommodates large groups of 17+. There is a detached carport for parking ATVs out of the weather and you have access to a gorgeous custom inground pool with a waterfall, a pickle ball court and a huge custom built fire ring with Adirondack chairs for everyone. The master bedroom has a king size bed with outside access to the rear porch and a 43" TV with cable, there are two more bedrooms that have two full beds each, another bedroom with a queen and a twin, another bedroom with a set of twin bunks and a queen sofa bed in the living room. All beds are furnished with top of the line memory foam mattresses and comfy soft pillows. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and has a stove/oven, side by side refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cabinet space, and lots of small appliances and utensils to handle the crowd. The dinning room table is 17 feet long plus there is additional seating on the screened in porch. The living room has a large 70" smart TV with cable and a utility room with a washer/dryer. Outside under the cover of the spacious carport is 16' of picnic tables, a charcoal grill and a new Blackstone griddle. This luxurious cabin will not disappoint and there is plenty of parking. All linens are furnished.
