The property is located close to Longhunter State Park and Percy Priest Lake. Private wooded acres surrounded by three other farms. Close to Nashville and airport. The Volunteer Trail is close by and great hiking. Plenty of fishing and wildlife . Come enjoy private and secluded nature that's convenient to three interstates and available year round.Located near Longhunter State Park and Percy Priest lake, there is plenty to do. Hiking, biking, boating, fishing to name a few. Golfing, shopping, and the Nashville nightlife is just down the road. There is a rough path back to the treeline and a dozen wooded acres to camp. You'll need a 4wd if it's rainy. One fella didn't listen and got stuck (see the only bad review). We look forward to hosting you. Thanks!

Beautiful, private, serene patch of woods to camp in, on a really cool property. Bobby was a great host, and walked me with my bicycle to the camping area, telling me some great stories as we went. I wasn’t scared off by that one bad review. Just remember that it’s a camping spot on someone’s property, not an Airbnb or hotel, and remember to communicate ahead of time about when you’re arriving, and you’re good to go! Definitely recommended, especially since it’s so hard to get a camping spot last minute at Long Hunter.

Not a campsite. Looks like a large yard to a residence. We did not stay, wife did not feel safe.

This is a great Spot close to Nashville. The host is very helpful, accommodating and provides you with a couple options to set up. I will definitely go back, beautiful area to explore.
