The Singletrack Shack is a single room camping cabin located on Jeter Mountain in North Carolina. A great shelter for those planning a camping trip and want “a little more”. Electricity, water, microwave, solo stove firepit, firewood, 3+ miles of personal trails and a cool outhouse are some of the amenities. Choose your sleeping preference by bringing your own hammocks, sleeping bags or air mattress. Located near DuPont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest.The Singletrack Shack has electricity with ceiling fans, outlets and a small microwave. There are hooks for 4 eno-style hammocks or space on floor for your air mattress or sleeping bags. Clean Outhouse located outside. Water hydrant outside with hose and sink. Such an amazing little gem. To say Christy is a 5 star host would be an understatement. Extremely clean and tidy lodging. The simplistic accommodations were exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Location could not be better. Close to Dupont state Forest as well as Pisgah national Forest. We spent Saturday chasing waterfalls, then had a quiet relaxing place to sit around the fire and just enjoy nature, we will definitely be back regularly.

The single track shack served as the perfect middle ground between camping & glamping! The shack was very spacious & had many hooks to hang our enos for a good nights rest. Very quiet & hidden location, service was spotty. The shack had many windows with great light during the day but lacked curtains for privacy at night. Would for sure recommend if traveling through Hendorsonville, very close to duPont for great biking & hiking trails.

The Single Track Cabin is in an isolated setting except the hosts’ beautiful home with a country club yard is just a little further down the long drive. All is as you see in the pics. If you have bedding, you will find all you need. The back of the cabin opens on to the 3 mile bike trail. Rick and Christy were great, most accommodating while giving complete privacy.

The shack was perfect it has electricity and fans for the heat, and running water to clean up your bike. The fire pit was great and they made sure wood was provided. There are 3 miles of private trails to ride that are fun to ride or walk.

The property is gorgeous. The accomodations are just what they say they are. Rick and Christy were extremely friendly and hospitable. The were welcoming and also gave us our space. We slept in hammocks inside in June and we received a great night's sleep. Would definitely recommend if you want to explore in and around Hendersonville.

The Single Track Shack exceeded my expectations! The shack is spacious, super clean, and really well insulated. Christy is super sweet and made sure I had everything I needed for my trip. I loved having a microwave, outlets, and bathroom, it really feels luxurious haha. The area is also really, really cool. It was a rainy weekend but Christy suggested the White Squirrel festival in Brevard so I took a ride over after sunset. I fell in love with the down town area immediately! So many cute shops, neat bars, and yummy eats. The festival was awesome and I would love to come back next year!!
