For July 4th weekend, and Labor Day weekend drive-up sites are a 2 night minimum. In the off season starting after Thanksgiving through April, there is no water or toilet or shower facilities available. The solar shower and water lines may be shut off any time in October if freezing conditions prevail. Please check with us. Our 75 acres is a wonderful, diverse mix of habitat, harmoniously integrated with our small farm. This land was the homestead of the very first non native settler of the area, John Wiley, in 1787. Before that, it was the land of the Mahican native Americans. They named it "valley of the butternut trees", or Wyomanock. The Wyomanock Creek is the backbone of this little valley. Beaver have dammed the creek at several points to create ponds and other wetland features that support a diversity of wildlife including otter, moose and a myriad of birds, from osprey to herons. This sanctuary is host to many uncommon native plants and plant communities. We would love to share it with you! It is equipped with a queen size bed, padded floor and night tables with lamps. There is floor space for two small children on the floor. Outside the cabin are two cedar Adirondack chairs, a picnic table and a gas grill with cooking tools and supplies. A small dorm refrigerator can be provided upon request! The 75 acre property is a nature lovers paradise with trails and many ponds to facilitate wildlife watching and exploration. pick the wildflowers or catch some frogs! *Electric power (15amp) is provided at this site* About 40 yards away is the the solar shower and a composting toilet. There is also a conventional portable toilet option. A swim pond is right nearby. You are only about a 120 yard walk from the parking area over mostly level ground. Bedding, pillows and towels are available for guests in the cabin tent for an additional fee - see "extras" under rentals. In addition there is a $45 surcharge if you would like to book only one night on a Friday or Saturday. Please pay in the "extras". There is space for your own additional tents.

Right near your door is a small, cold, spring fed pool. After a dip in there, you can soak up in the hot solar shower! It is equipped to sleep 4. Bedding and towels are NOT included, but may be rented for $45/stay under EXTRAs. Ask about a discount for extended stays. If you have more than 4 in your group, you can set up tents in the lawn. As this is an outdoor living space, you might be sharing the space with small four legged critters. We do our best to control this when guests are not around, but cannot guarantee that it will be mouse free. Please use the large refrigerator to safeguard all your food. The gas range/oven and the outdoor grill can only be ignited with the provided lighter. We request that you separate recyclables - cans, bottles, plastic, card board into the provided trash bins. Dogs count as people. Please add the nightly fee under "extras". See below. Bedding is provided for the two queen size beds only. Guests using the floor mattresses or couches must bring bedding. Custom pricing is available for large groups or events. This 30 foot, 700 square ft yurt has been thoughtfully designed with many living conveniences but still offers a rustic and eclectic feel. The kitchen is well equipped with a 6 burner range, small appliances and cooking equipment with a full range of pots and pans. In the spring and fall you can escape the chill under the warm blankets or in front of the glass doored wood stove. There are 2 fold down queen beds fully equipped with bedding. For additional guests there are 2 foam mattresses, 2 couches and a very large and thick exercise mat. Bedding is only provided for the 2 queen beds. For a large group you can also rent the cabin tent, 40 yards away, or pitch tents outside the yurt. Outside, you can kick back and relax at the fire ring and cook up a storm at the propane grill. The swim pond is about 25 yards from the front door. Your picnic table, fire ring and grill are off the back entry. Please note that all dogs count as people guests and are not allowed on the beds or furniture. The rate is $25/night. Please see "extras" to add this nightly fee. The property is diverse with field, wood and water. Explore the trails, bird watch or rejuvenate with a bit of forest bathing under the tall pines! Two night minimum (or one night plus $75 surcharge). 10 minutes max to Jiminy Peak and 15 - 30 minutes to many wonderful Berkshire attractions. The outdoor solar shower and toilet facilities are shared with other campers and are located about 25 yards from the yurt. Also available for parties, single or multi day events.

This was a great experience. Drove right up to our site and it was an amazing site. Nice amount of space with a picnic table. The night sky was incredible!! Thomas was a great host. I highly recommend camping here. I will absolutely be back in the future when I’m back in the NY area.

Site 5 - Sanctuary Camp
We loved our 2 night stay, but the carts were the real hero getting our stuff to Sanctuary site 5. The site was tucked back off the path that gave us added privacy. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and our dog loved swimming in all the ponds! We ran out of wood after our first night and Thomas had wood readily prepared that we were able to purchase for $10. Overall we loved how quiet and peaceful this campground is, we will definitely be back soon ❤️

Site 7 - Cathedral Pines
We had a fantastic time at Wyomanock farm this past weekend. We live nearby in Valatie but needed to get away from people and the internet. We booked Cathedral Pines site 7, which was ~ a quarter mile walk from the parking lot, tucked near the back of the property. The walk to the site was well maintained and freshly mowed for us and it was a beautiful walk through the fields. Water is located at the parking lot, as are porta-potties. Solar shower is absolutely amazing. Warm even on an overcast day, at least during our stay. So lovely to look at the views while taking a nice, warm shower after working hard on your campsite. Saw multiple monarch butterflies, bunnies, deer, and tons of birds. Property is absolutely beautiful. Thom was a lovely host and greeted us when I messaged him we had arrived. Be aware, there is no sign visible from the road to the parking lot, it is marked by 2 orange traffic cones. We missed the entrance the first time and had to turn around. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be returners for sure!

RV site with Electric and Water
Our stay at Wyomanock Farm was peaceful and charming. Although our RV site was located at the end of the parking lot, which offered less privacy than we would have preferred, the respectful and quiet comings and goings of other campers made it a non-issue. The beautifully maintained grounds provided a delightful opportunity to stroll, admire nature, and fully enjoy the serene surroundings. A special thanks goes to Thomas, who graciously accepted our last-minute reservation and remained responsive and welcoming throughout our visit. Overall, it was a relaxing experience.

We used an electric with water RV site. Everything was as expected. Host met us upon arrival. Showed us around. Toilets were clean. Very nice property with opportunity to hike. Super quiet at night. Open skies to see the stars.

Site 1 - WyoFarm Drive-up Camping
My two best friends & I do an annual trip and wanted a place we could spread out and make our own little 3-person village. We fell in love with Tom’s space for the short time we were there. We loved hearing/seeing the frogs, seeing the Green Heron, and Great Blue Heron that live by the wildlife pond were excellent. The space was big and beautifully manicured, although the ground was hard for staking down tents, we made it work. It rained and tho we were concerned about flooding in Site 1, we were totally fine. We brought a bug net for our canopy because healthy ecosystem have bugs and that was key for night hangs on the most humid night. Highly suggested for being close to water. I bet Tom gets awesome fireflies in late June! We were greeted by Tom and felt totally safe the whole time. Highly suggested and we would love to come back.

Cabin Glamp at the Pond
We had the most relaxing stay at Tom's beautiful farm. The campsite is very secluded and the sunset view from the deck is sublime. The bed is very comfortable and there are many conveniences provided, such as the mini fridge, gas grill, plates, cutlery, etc. Tom is a very gracious and accommodating host. We would highly recommend this site to anyone who wants a total getaway.

Gorgeous land. So well maintained and serine. Zero litter, bunnies hopping everywhere and a great big blue heron fishing at the pond every morning. Many areas to explore including forest, wildflower meadows and beautiful views in every direction. Many very private comfy camp spots.

We had such a wonderful weekend at this campground! The property is very well maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature. We especially enjoyed the swimming pond—it was such a nice way to relax and enjoy the weekend. The outdoor shower and sink were clean and convenient, and I loved that firewood bundles were available to purchase right on the property. The owner was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Such a nice family, and you can really feel the care they put into the campground. We had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature! 🌿🔥🏕️

Overall good site, unfortunately couldn't spend too much time here due to our trip constraints. The drive in was gorgeous, I didn't know landscapes existed like that in New York, it was like out of a novel. I didn't get to sample the heated showers, bathrooms were just ok (basic fairgrounds style porta-johns, but very clean). I would recommend a more streamlined way to arrive on site -> navigate to the site. We would have loved potable water nearer each site. For the amenities and offerings, it was by far the most expensive site on our trip.

Cabin Glamp at the Pond
Wyomanack Farm beautiful, lush, and well cared for. We stayed in the pond side glamp site which featured a comfortable bed, mini fridge, grill, and private area near the pond. We enjoyed many local swims and hikes, as well as the paths and blueberry bushes within the property. Thom was a great host, highly recommend!

Drive up site so we had our car and tent easily accessible. Wonderful since we came in late. Great site with fireplace and picnic table with places in the sun or shade. Near the facilities and pond. Thom came by and was very welcoming! Peaceful farm setting! We went to Tanglewood for a concert and it was an easy 25min ride, easy in and out from the Northwest parking lot... no traffic issues for a sold out concert! Thank you!

Site 1 - Sanctuary Camp
The property is beautiful and beautifully tended. The mowed paths, the wildflowers in the meadows and the ponds make this property so special. The camping spots that are not drive up are tucked away and far from each other so quite private. We loved our site (#1)! It’s roomy and the grass was so soft we didn’t even have to use our sleeping pads. The sunset over the pond was lovely. Despite our spot being technically near the road it was not an issue and we felt removed from everything and everyone which is exactly what we wanted. The swimming pond was refreshing. There were other guests that lent us their floats and that made it extra special. There is a canoe for the bigger pond which we didn’t have time to use. The solar shower was great, the deep well potable water is delicious. Tom, his wife and adorable toddler are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Site 2 - Sanctuary Camp
Thom's property was absolutely stunning - even more beautiful than the pictures! Instructions were all very clear on how to access the campsite. I highly recommend staying at sanctuary site 2. It was perfectly shaded for our summer stay and felt very secluded, but was just about a 6-8 min walk from the parking lot through the gorgeous property. There was a nice fire pit and large picnic table. The sleeping area was very level and the ground was super soft. We fit our 6-person tent easily. There were good sets of trees to hang hammocks if you have. The sound of the bullfrogs and birds was serene. The one thing of note was that there was a live band playing for most of the time we were there (they did stop by 10pm). I'm not sure where it was coming from (maybe there is a house nearby) or if this is a regular thing, but just something to note if that would bother you! We actually enjoyed the music and it didn't get in the way of our sleep at all. There was a nice solar shower and sink set up, as well as a compost toilet near the lot. The swimming pond was quite murky so we didn't end up braving it for a swim. Highly recommend 25 min away Cheshire mt (the cobbles via appalachian trail) for a short but mighty hike with a stunning view (~1.5 hr out and back). Thank you Thom - we'll definitely be back!

Site 6 - Cathedral Pines
What a beautiful property! The ponds and the sounds of the frogs and toads were fun to hear. The path to the campsite was mowed and lined with lightning bugs (at night). I saw 2 deer in the field early morning. Singing birds bring joy to waking up and hooting owls were calming to fall asleep to. The pines 6 site was private and cozy. Thomas was helpful and accommodating to my requests. Less than 10 minutes to Jiminy Peak. Grateful for this experience.

This is a beautiful farm that has been made available to campers. Mowed paths take the visitor alongside the pond and into the woods. We chose a drive in site next to the pond and enjoyed the froggy serenade.

beautiful site tucked into a very lush forest with huge trees, a decent amount of privacy and a whole lot of birds. one of the ponds is very close by and made for a really nice sunset picnic spot. the walk in felt a bit longer than 800 ft but worth it to get into the more majestic/wilderness part of the property

This site is in a really peaceful location. It’s nice to have the toilets available on site as well. Make sure to bring a way to wash up afterwards as there is a water pump nearby, but I am not sure if there is more than 1 and I am not sure if it is available when an RV is hooked up to it. The host was welcoming and offers EV charging at an additional fee if you need it!

Convient and Cozy Campsite
Cabin Glamp at the Pond
Great “glamping” experience! Perfect little spot next to a pond with lots of birds and frogs to watch and listen to. Easy access from the parking lot. Mattress was comfortable and roomy enough for two people. Thom greeted us upon arrival and showed us to the site. He was responsive and very friendly. Didn’t use the grill, but there were all the essentials, including propane and utensils, to dine comfortably. Be prepared for the bugs, but that’s par for any outdoor experience. All in all great stay at Wyomanock Farm!
