David was an incredible host — communicative, accommodating, and genuinely lovely from start to finish.
Rosie herself was a beautiful experience: darling, quaint, clean, and the view was beyond anything I expected. Everything matched the listing. One tip (provided by David) — bring ice if you need to keep anything refrigerated, and store food properly in the fridge, since ants will find a way in! The location is also super close to downtown Santa Fe, and the recommendations in the welcome binder were genuinely useful.
The location was a little tricky to find at first — heads up that the address for driving into the guest driveway is different from the main address (David provides both, so just make sure you’re using the right one). He was quick to help me find my way when I got turned around.
Take his advice and arrive before dark — the driveway has some rocky, dipping terrain that’s much easier to navigate in daylight, and parking is on a slight rocky decline. It’s also easier to find your way to the bathroom and showers if you check in while it’s still light out. There are lights set up in front of the RV, which is great, but it does get very dark and the path to the restrooms is dark (a flashlight is provided).
As a solo female traveler on a long road trip, I felt very safe — that mattered a lot to me.
I loved it so much I ended up staying an extra night.

David’s place was super authentically awesome! Ginger was a great retreat from the road and the property was easy to find and navigate. Well maintained, clean, stunning views. Davis was incredibly responsive and helpful. I’m definitely coming back and look forward to bringing friends!

Loved this space, so peaceful, and quiet, and just the wind thru the trees. Staying in a restored vintage 1959 trailer was such a wonderful memory! Recommending highly!

I enjoyed my stay at David’s, Rosie very much! The location is an easy short drive from Santa Fe. The directions are clear and simple to follow. Once you pass through the chain, parking is a 1/4 mile down a level dirt road (2 wheel drive is fine). Rosie is a short easy walk from the parking spot. I was greeted upon arrival by a smiling David and his lovely, friendly dogs. Rosie was perfectly adorable and very comfortable. The outdoor shower was a unique enjoyable experience! As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The accommodations are as describe, even better! I look forward to returning when I visit Santa Fe in the future. Thanks for hosting me David!

This was one of my favorite glamming rentals I’ve ever experienced! Everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. David was so thoughtful, providing water and everything needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

What a gem! The camper is super cute and the outdoor setting is lovely. It’s a great spot if you’d like to be in a natural setting, only 20 min from the town. I’d definitely stay again!

Very Peaceful and Comfortable place to be! Really felt connected with nature and The vibes of the place was just perfect, The whole experience was just lovely Rosie was perfect and just everything you need, when it came To the end of it I honestly wanted to book for another night!, David was a wonderful Host! Thank you for the experience:)
Directions were clear, but it would have been even easier if we hadn't arrived just after dark! The driveway is dirt, but 2-wheel drive accessible. The trail down from parking to the trailers is slopeed and rocky; have good shoes, a sense of advey, and a headlamp if dark!
The camper was clean and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped with plates/utensils, a couple cups, and any tools you might need to cook a simple meal. The bathroom structure is down a nice path and is gorgeously built. It has a composting toilet, and instant-hot shower that was glorious!
A massive thunderstorm came through at night and Rosie kept us cozy and dry!
Lastly, the host was responsive and friendly! I absolutely recommend this gem, just about 15 minutes from Santa Fe proper!
Annie is a pristine vintage travel trailer nestled into an idyllic spot along the original Santa Fe Trail. The bed was so comfortable, the hammock was perfect for lazing in the afternoon and stars abound at night. I really enjoyed my stay and David was a perfect host!
We loved our stay in the Annie camper- very cute! The location is perfect. It has beautiful views, it's quiet, and relaxing. The drive to downtown Santa Fe is about 20 minutes (worth it! It's a cool drive). Front wheel drive friendly, the host is very responsive. I'd stay here again :)

We had such a great time staying at Rosie! The property was absolutely beautiful and a very easy drive to downtown Santa Fe. David provided very clear instructions for arrival and the accommodations on the property were wonderful! Definitely recommend this location! 10/10!

I had a great experience staying with Annie, the camper, on David’s land. After a 6-hour drive from AZ, it was a wonderful reset & recharge. The land has a really special energy & vibe to it. And even though a camp fire wasn’t allowed, that didn’t stop me from soaking in the scent of piñon pines, gazing at stars & bathing in the light of the full moon. I was blessed with a couple wild donkeys strolling by & foraging as I enjoyed my morning coffee in the warm morning sun overlooking the surrounding hills. The outdoor open-air compost toilet & shower (with hot 🔥water😁) were spotlessly clean & are shared with the one other campsite uphill from Annie. (You pass the other site when walking to & from Annie from parking, so Annie has more privacy.) Luckily I was the only guest during my stay. Cell phone service is hit/miss at the site. But there’s strong reliable Wifi at the Shed next to where David stays which worked well for the Zoom calls I had to make. Annie had everything I needed: a comfy bed, small sink & stove, an icebox… And the site is a short pleasant drive from Santa Fe. I highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.
