Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Rural driveway campsite in residential area with plenty of tree cover. Car or tent camp at the beginning of my driveway, and small shelter available. Property is off an unmaintained dirt road. There are two neighbors on either side, so quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. No campfires on site but I have firewood available for sale. Close access to mountain biking (4 miles), fishing (9 miles from the Upper Dalton Fishing Access Site), hiking, and backpacking (25 miles to Jacks Creek Trailhead).Roadside Tent Site is a ~200 sq ft gravel and dirt space convenient for 1 car or SUV and 1 tent. It is the first spot on the left from the driveway. Guests have access from the driveway to the small shed structure, but not beyond that. It is surrounded by trees and bushes, but not completely secluded, and located next to the road. There are no bathroom amenities here. Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.

Guests have access from the driveway to the small shed structure, but not beyond that. It is surrounded by trees and bushes, but not completely secluded, and located next to the road. There are no bathroom amenities here. Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.
