My stay here was pretty brief, but I highly recommend Daniel’s place! I stayed at tent site 1 and it was clearly marked, level and clear, and has a clear path to the composting toilet. There was light road noise but don’t let that turn you away! Location is great. Daniel is a wonderful host, very polite and communicative, and has great recommendations for nearby things to do.
Camino Naturale was a great little spot for a night in Taos.
The directions were clear, Daniel was super responsive, and the location was optimal for the concert at Red Willow Park.

Conveniently located in near downtown Taos, walkable to CID’s and the plaza. Daniel is a nice guy, easy to work with.
Location is within a short walk to Old Taos.
Hipcamp Site Direction was spot on and check in a simple knock on the home door : )

Camping on Daniel's land was like being a kid again, in a tent in the back yard. For being centrally located, its amazing how much privacy there is. All the neighbors yards are adjacent, but not the houses. There's a really cute outhouse that houses a composting toilet. Very cool.

A bit noisy and sparae but perfect location for visiting Taos. Host was communicative. We stayed in bothe Site 1 and 2 and were sirprised that we prefieres Site 1.

Site 2: 113 Camino Naturale
The campsite is very close to the plaza….maybe a 10 minute walk. Sid’s market is a quick walk in the opposite direction. The directions to the property were clear and Daniel made sure we arrived ok. Access is easy and the site is well marked. The property is lovely with many trees and a lot of privacy. And it is very reasonably priced.

Location in Taos, no fuss. Like others have said, the road traffic is Audi le. The spot isn't in a forest but in town. We stayed three nights - so convenient and easy.
Quiet spot within walking distance to downtown Taos. Daniel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Site 2: 113 Camino Naturale
Daniel was very nice and helpful and it was great to be able to walk to town to catch some music and dinner so I’d definitely recommend staying here. Site 2 worked for my van. My only complaint is that it would be nice if there was a cleared area so you’re not stepping out into overgrown woody grass.

It was great to be so close to Kit Carson Park and be able to walk to the shops and eateries close by! The land was beautiful with many trees and great for bird watching. There's also some prairie dogs on the land. It was very cute and just perfect for what we needed!
Because it was Labor Day weekend when we visited, it was a little loud with the road under construction, so if you're a light sleeper, bring some ear pods :)

Great spot!! The proximity to Taos is great. If you are looking for isolation, this might not be your site. There is some road noise. But if you are looking for easy walking access to Galleries, Shops, Restaurants and Bars in Taos this site is great.

Great communication and great for a quick overnight stay for a concert at Kit Carson. It’s great depending on what you’re looking for/expecting. Super close to the plaza/Kit Carson which is amazing!
It’s a small space (and there was a truck parked where it would have made it easier to back a trailer in). Received a message at 1am about the key to the outhouse. Am glad I brought my own “means.” Some traffic is an understatement. It was very, very loud.
As a woman traveling alone, please note that it’s very dark walking back (along with construction occurring when I stayed). Bring a flashlight.
No complaints, just want to make sure folks know what to except!

A fine site for a quick night close to downtown, a huge organic market just around the block, and a kind and happy host. If I'm out this way again I'll stay here.
