Very private, quiet area, all campers were respectful and distant. Everything was clean, really a wonderful campground.

If you're just looking for an adequate place to park, this is it. FHU's we're good. I wasn't greeted or spoken to the whole time I was there.
Best feature was its proximity to Marquette. Seems to be a number of campers who also work in the area.

Tent Site 10
Not great for tent camping.. they do not actually reserve sites and all the tent sites were occupied when I arrived. Called and was told to camp anywhere in the open field, ended up using an unoccupied RV site which had a fire pit but no table. Showers and bathroom were nice.

Tent Site 1
Quiet area, clean updated bathrooms and showers even has washers and dryers available 24 hours a day. Easy drive to Presque Isle or Munising.

This place was great very quiet and my two dogs loved walking the trails and service road. Although basic the price was great all sites are pull thru. Great base camp to many sites.
