My experience at Jeff's land was awesome a spacious open area where tents could be set up,beautiful beside the river camping. Where a river walk or just a place for the campers to cool down. Very peaceful and secluded lots of places a short ride to state park to spend the day.A mile or so walk to a beautiful cascading waterfall and swimming holes or fishing to be done. Also a nice little screened in building for playing board and card games or just hanging out on a rainy daya small bar and tables/stools for sitting around. We had a great time playing horseshoes and cornhole. They were very respectful of our privacy but did check in on us to see if we needed anything and told us he was planning on expanding and adding a bath house,this was his first year. We are already planning our next visit for our 2027 vacation time and possible weekend getaway. Will definitely want to recommend but want to keep it a little hush hush so we can book again hee hee!! Thank you for a great time while we stayed five stars really.

RUBLESKY’S RETREAT Main Camp
When our family camping trip was canceled last minute, Jeff pulled through! With a party of 9 and a dog, let’s be real most don’t want big crowds! Big crowds are messy and don’t always respect the property. We take pride in leaving it how it was or better! It was above and beyond what we expected! The site itself was much bigger than the photo does justice! The screen house was a blessing! We stayed for a week and had one day that it rained cats and dogs! We stayed dry and waited out the day with games and a place to enjoy our meals! We walked and walked the beautiful river which was low at arrival and rushing when we left! The walk to the falls was so worth it, we spent a few days swimming there! Having access to electricity and water on our site was perfect! Jeff let us know where the local gems and must sees were and was more the welcoming! We are definitely already planning our next trip! Thank you so much Jeff! We will be back!

Wow what a great camping experience we had here! The spot was super easy to find and Jeff was very kind and also very helpful with suggestions on where to bring our son to fish.
The site was clean and right next to the stream. Fun to explore and when water is higher a nice spot to fish. Water, electricity and a porta potty on site were very nice features. There was also a bonus screened In game room that we were able to enjoy too! What a bonus!
The drive and walk to the falls and the swimming hole is a MUST. Be warned that 4wheel drive and high clearance vehicle will be needed to drive in… but you can easily just walk in the mile and a half. It’s well worth it! Could spend the day exploring and swimming! This will definitely be a place we visit again! Many great memories were made!
This was a great site and perfect for my 15’ Geo Pro camper. All the details of what you need to camp comfortably were taken care of. A neighboring couple even stopped by to see if I was all set as the owner was not there yet… very nice. The stream was running low, as expected in late July, but was gorgeous nonetheless. Found some amazing swimming holes upriver along an old logging road. Super quiet spot. I’ll be back for sure!

Jeff is a friendly host, goes above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.
The site is convenient, near the stream, sun and shade. Picnic table and fire pit! We found this location so peaceful and cant wait to go back.
Our stay at Rubelesky's Retreat exceeded expectations! Jeff was an excellent host and immediately made us feel welcomed on the property. He gave us great instructions to all of the must-see places nearby and let us know about the holiday fireworks for the USA 250 celebration. The waterfalls near the property were very easy to find and the swimming hole was easy to get into and out of for us and our dog. You will need 4WD/AWD and ground clearance on your vehicle to make it to the old hunting cabin by the first waterfall or to continue beyond that. The stream was beautiful and perfect for exploring, wading and relaxing. Having running water and power at the site were a big plus while enjoying this remote location. The path to the porta potty was well lit at night with solar lights as well the lights on the screen house and apple tree to guide you. The site was so peaceful and relaxing that we didn't want to leave on Sunday.
