Perfect for quiet relaxation!!
30 ft travel trailer
This is our second time here and it never disappoints. Very private! Hookups are great (bring long cords just so you have flexibility where you park), site is well laid out with the lower level featuring fire pit and picnic table area (with wood available to purchase). Water views are spectacular, and the waterfront is a very short trail. We fished from the property. However, we used the shared area just up the drive where it had more of a beachy area so our dogs could take a swim a bit easier.
I do recommend you park at the beginning of the driveway and take a quick stroll to look at your site. Larger rigs may have to back out (though drive is super wide!). We had no problems with our 30’ travel trailer behind crew cab truck but my husband is quite a pro.
We can’t wait to come back next season and already booked a quick weekend at the sister site just up the road.

Immediately on my list for sites I want to revisit! Conor’s landing is the perfect balance of having amenities at a site while feeling like you’re far away. At the same time you are just a skip away from endless places to explore. The surrounding areas are VERY dog friendly. The fire wood is top tier! Justin checked in to make sure the rack was stocked and all was going well. I had great cellphone service at the spot. Amazing views 24/7 and plenty of wildlife to admire! It was a bit too windy for my canoe this time. I would love to revisit and paddle around the lake!

Just as advertised, great view of lake.. level Rv spot. Full hookup,, firewood, picnic table and even a porta potty if needed. Very peaceful, about 20 minutes to Lubec and Campanella, Canada.

This spot has so much to offer!!
Tucked away on the East side of Orange Lake, this serene site is thoughtfully laid out, level, and has full hook-ups. We chose to drive right to the pad and backed our 18' trailer out when we left(good practice). We quickly took to the water to kayak and swim (at the boat landing) and felt so relaxed. We hiked on the coast in Lubec, got awesome seafood in Machias, and even visited Jasper Beach to witness the singing rocks;)
All this within 30 minutes of this spot. Upon return to the site each day we were amazed by the beauty of the lake and the quiet. We appreciate Justin sharing this special place with us. Thank you!

Very clean and private spot. Watching nature at play while sitting around a campfire is just what I wanted and needed. Loons calling always a thrill. View of lake a bonus. Plenty of firewood available. Recommend highly.

My wife and I were looking for a private location where we could enjoy sitting around a campfire and watch mother nature at its best.
Muskrat swimming around the shoreline, loons swimming in the lake calling to whom would enjoy their song, hawks searching for their next meal as well as many other encounters. We have found that location. We will return. A very clean site with plenty of firewood makes it even better.

This was a good spot private and a nice view of the lake. The hook ups were super convenient. We have a 27' trailer with hook ups on the rear, and a 2500 GMC. No problem driving in or backing out. The only advice I would give is to bring a 30' power cord..The lake was nice for kayaking and listening to the Loons. We did lots of hiking along the coast and attended The Blueberry Festival.Thanks for sharing!

Absolutely love this spot! Very peaceful and quiet, great view and well equipped! Orange Lake is beautiful…much of it is part of a preserve and undeveloped. We had a blast checking out the area, there are dozens of awesome hikes nearby, we wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

All you need and beautiful!
20 ft travel trailer
Absolutely a beautiful, quiet, private, clean and central to all you want to see/do in northern coastal Maine. We loved Jasper Beach and Helen’s Restaurant in Machias. Jason provided all we needed for a comfortable 4 day stay.
Our only problem was leaving. We had a 20’ camper pulled by a medium sized pickup and the drive down to the camp was easy. Trying to leave we had issues. Pushing the camper up the hill with the truck failed as the driveway surface wasn’t hard enough. We were able to turn the camper around at the bottom by jack knifing it, disconnecting and reposition the truck in front. We drove up easily. Other than that challenge I would return.

Private lake perfection
20 ft travel trailer
Only stayed for a week and rain most of it but we had a fantastic time! We have a 20ft van with a 22ft camper. We had to back up and jack knife the trailer unhook and reset. It worked out great but a bigger rig would have to back up the hill that has a curve. Otherwise the place was fantastic and would stay again.

Absolutely incredible site! We stayed for 5 nights and didn't want to leave! 2 adults and 2 dogs. We had the pleasure of meeting Justins parents and they are so kind! Thank you! Site was spotless and HUGE. Power and water as listed (major bonus for us). We were extremely surprised to see the firewood shack with Venmo payment option! Great addition. Compost toilet was clean and stocked. Lake water was perfect. Great for fishing, tubing, swimming, kayaking or just sit and watch the ripples. Privacy was 10/10! Loved this place. Can't wait to go back!

Our new #1 Hipcamp

This spot has taken over as the BEST Hipcamp yet! We tow a 30’ Winnie Minnie travel trailer. We drove into the site after looking at it by walking in on the short driveway. We wanted the camper awning facing the water view. It was tight so we had to back out, which was a breeze with the very wide driveway!
We fished from the bank. Caught a Pickerel and sunfish. I might have left a couple lures in a tree (I’m a beginner!). Our Golden Retriever loved swimming!!!
Hookups are great! Just be sure to bring a long electrical hookup if you have a larger RV with hookups at the rear.
Wood was on site that could be purchased. Great sitting area on the lower leveled space with picnic table, fire pit and seating. A short path leads you to the bank of the shore.
Neighbors are barely visible and were very good at keeping their dogs under their control (always important to us as we have one dog who is pretty picky about canine friends).
We will absolutely be back!!

A Perfect Campsite

Gorgeous, peaceful, and thoughtful campsite on a beautiful lake. We stayed 3 nights and despite the chilly, windy weather we’re able to enjoy a fire. Looking forward to coming back when we can get out on the water.
Heads up for those with a larger rig. Our 30ft fifth wheel fit great in the space, there is not room to turn around a bigger rig so expect to back down or up the windy driveway. It was plenty wide and we had no trouble, even in the rain.

Amazing site. I have a Silverado 1500 and a 6x12 (plus 2’ of trailer tongue) and was able to pull down, back to the precipice of the hill down to fire pit, unhook and reposition truck, hook up and pull up to back it into position. Anything bigger cannot and would need to be backed in. A skilled driver would easily reverse down. Pit toilet is well maintained, site is directly on a private lake and veryyyy quiet in October. I highly recommend this site ANY time of year! The tree line between sites was very privatizing, I never felt exposed to anyone’s site next door. Excellent experience at this Hipcamp, the area was what I wanted for exploring, and Helen’s restaurant was worth eating at several times. I look forward to returning.

We loved how peaceful and serene this spot is. Sunsets and sunrises are amazing, and the seated area beneath the main parking area is very well done.

This property is awesome! Secluded and totally private with a beautiful view of the lake- plus water, electricity, and sewer if you need it!
There is an outhouse but the system they use keeps it better than most any porta potty you’ll find.
I failed to take photos, but definitely recommend this spot!

Conner’s Landing is an exceptional place. Not only is there everything provided that you need - water, sewer, and 30A/50A service, but it is very very private and definitely off-the-beaten path. The lakeside site is great for launching a kayak or canoe. We had kayaks and getting them in and out was no issue. We brought a 30ft travel trailer, pulled it straight in and still had plenty of maneuvering room. My tow vehicle is huge - a crew cab dually with an 8ft bed. If you like serenity, a peaceful lakeside site, and loons singing to you, you’ll fall in love with Conner’s Landing.

Great site, great area

We really enjoyed our stay at conners landing. Was easy to navigate to, close to all the hiking we wanted to do, and lake access meant we could enjoy some kayaking right from the site too. There is a well house, with a very long garden hose already hooked up. An extension cord was available, but our normal power cord was just long enough to reach the pole.
As was mentioned in another review; be mindful that there's no turning around with a trailer down at the site. Our camper door is on the passenger side, so we opted to pull in and disconnect. There was plenty of room to get the truck back past while the camper was set up. We were able to back the trailer back up the hill just fine.
The privacy this site offers will never be matched by an rv campground. The amenities make it very comfortable.

Justin's site was perfect! It is simple, but thoughtfully designed and quite comfortable. It is absolutely quiet and private. The lake is lovely, with very few camps, and in the five days we were there, we did not see a single boat. Justin was immediately available and responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. I would highly recommend this site.
