Only stayed for a week and rain most of it but we had a fantastic time! We have a 20ft van with a 22ft camper. We had to back up and jack knife the trailer unhook and reset. It worked out great but a bigger rig would have to back up the hill that has a curve. Otherwise the place was fantastic and would stay again.

Absolutely incredible site! We stayed for 5 nights and didn't want to leave! 2 adults and 2 dogs. We had the pleasure of meeting Justins parents and they are so kind! Thank you! Site was spotless and HUGE. Power and water as listed (major bonus for us). We were extremely surprised to see the firewood shack with Venmo payment option! Great addition. Compost toilet was clean and stocked. Lake water was perfect. Great for fishing, tubing, swimming, kayaking or just sit and watch the ripples. Privacy was 10/10! Loved this place. Can't wait to go back!

This spot has taken over as the BEST Hipcamp yet! We tow a 30’ Winnie Minnie travel trailer. We drove into the site after looking at it by walking in on the short driveway. We wanted the camper awning facing the water view. It was tight so we had to back out, which was a breeze with the very wide driveway!
We fished from the bank. Caught a Pickerel and sunfish. I might have left a couple lures in a tree (I’m a beginner!). Our Golden Retriever loved swimming!!!
Hookups are great! Just be sure to bring a long electrical hookup if you have a larger RV with hookups at the rear.
Wood was on site that could be purchased. Great sitting area on the lower leveled space with picnic table, fire pit and seating. A short path leads you to the bank of the shore.
Neighbors are barely visible and were very good at keeping their dogs under their control (always important to us as we have one dog who is pretty picky about canine friends).
We will absolutely be back!!

Gorgeous, peaceful, and thoughtful campsite on a beautiful lake. We stayed 3 nights and despite the chilly, windy weather we’re able to enjoy a fire. Looking forward to coming back when we can get out on the water.
Heads up for those with a larger rig. Our 30ft fifth wheel fit great in the space, there is not room to turn around a bigger rig so expect to back down or up the windy driveway. It was plenty wide and we had no trouble, even in the rain.

Amazing site. I have a Silverado 1500 and a 6x12 (plus 2’ of trailer tongue) and was able to pull down, back to the precipice of the hill down to fire pit, unhook and reposition truck, hook up and pull up to back it into position. Anything bigger cannot and would need to be backed in. A skilled driver would easily reverse down. Pit toilet is well maintained, site is directly on a private lake and veryyyy quiet in October. I highly recommend this site ANY time of year! The tree line between sites was very privatizing, I never felt exposed to anyone’s site next door. Excellent experience at this Hipcamp, the area was what I wanted for exploring, and Helen’s restaurant was worth eating at several times. I look forward to returning.

We loved how peaceful and serene this spot is. Sunsets and sunrises are amazing, and the seated area beneath the main parking area is very well done.
The bathroom was very well kept, and the utilities were very well layed out and easy to use. Thanks so much Justin, we’ll definitely be back!

This property is awesome! Secluded and totally private with a beautiful view of the lake- plus water, electricity, and sewer if you need it!
There is an outhouse but the system they use keeps it better than most any porta potty you’ll find.
I failed to take photos, but definitely recommend this spot!

Conner’s Landing is an exceptional place. Not only is there everything provided that you need - water, sewer, and 30A/50A service, but it is very very private and definitely off-the-beaten path. The lakeside site is great for launching a kayak or canoe. We had kayaks and getting them in and out was no issue. We brought a 30ft travel trailer, pulled it straight in and still had plenty of maneuvering room. My tow vehicle is huge - a crew cab dually with an 8ft bed. If you like serenity, a peaceful lakeside site, and loons singing to you, you’ll fall in love with Conner’s Landing.

We really enjoyed our stay at conners landing. Was easy to navigate to, close to all the hiking we wanted to do, and lake access meant we could enjoy some kayaking right from the site too. There is a well house, with a very long garden hose already hooked up. An extension cord was available, but our normal power cord was just long enough to reach the pole.
As was mentioned in another review; be mindful that there's no turning around with a trailer down at the site. Our camper door is on the passenger side, so we opted to pull in and disconnect. There was plenty of room to get the truck back past while the camper was set up. We were able to back the trailer back up the hill just fine.
The privacy this site offers will never be matched by an rv campground. The amenities make it very comfortable.

Justin's site was perfect! It is simple, but thoughtfully designed and quite comfortable. It is absolutely quiet and private. The lake is lovely, with very few camps, and in the five days we were there, we did not see a single boat. Justin was immediately available and responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. I would highly recommend this site.

The campsite's location on Orange Lake was absolutely gorgeous. A small magical patch of woods with soft moss mounds and beautiful trees separate the camp from the water. We enjoyed complete privacy, not seeing a single soul, and were treated to a spectacular sunset with incredible colors over the lake. I only wished I had brought a canoe or kayak to fully enjoy the water.
The full hookups provided were excellent: water pressure was great, and the power worked perfectly. The sewer dump was a bit tricky due to the high pipe, but we managed just fine. AT&T cell service worked well here. The campsite surface was a mix of dry dirt and stones, so an outdoor rug is a good item for this camp. While bugs were very minimal during the day, mosquitoes appeared around 8pm in July.
The combination of a stunning location, full-service utilities, and a reasonable price made for a highly enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay again!

Conor's Landing is a great base for exploring the Bold Coast, Lubec, Eastport, and Machias. Such a pretty spot - and the sunsets were gorgeous. Kayaking in the lake was lovely. A few notes: (1) There's not enough room to turn around a travel trailer. (2) The sewage hookup is nice, but it's pretty high off the ground so the pitch didn't work with our travel trailer. (3) There were a lot of mosquitos in mid-July, so bring plenty of bug spray!

Hip camp was easy to find, very private, peaceful, quiet. Beware, in July the mosquitoes were absolutely INSANE. Unbearable to be outside at night. The electric hook up is quite far from the water hook up we hardly reached, would recommend an extension cord. Because of our hook ups we had to pull in and back out. We have an f350 and a 29ft camper. Had to do a lot of maneuvering to get our truck out once we disconnected but it was doable. The sewer pipe is higher than the camper dump pipe so we were unable to fully dump our tank. Although grateful to have full hook ups it would be much better if the sewer pipe was cut down some! Water doesn’t flow up hill unfortunately. All in all, great spot. Would definitely stay again I would just come a little more prepared.

We had a wonderful time at Connor's Landing. It was private and serene with gorgeous lakeside view. Super flat spot. Didn't even have to get the levelers out to square our rig. Spent the evening enjoying the sounds of nature alongside a roaring fire in the fire pit. If you're looking for a park-up spot in the area, this place is a win! Thanks, Justin, for creating such a great spot!

We had a great time at this spot! We went to several hikes in the area and spent the afternoons by the lake, around the fire or out on our kayak. We saw a family of beavers and heard loons each night. Such a wonderful place!

If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing escape, this spot is absolutely perfect. It is quiet, calm, incredibly serene, and pet friendly! It is the ideal place to unwind and recharge. The full hookups made our stay super convenient, and everything was well-maintained and easy to access. We have already stayed twice and will most likely be back!

Very peaceful and private site on a beautiful lake. The host was very welcoming and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.
Lots of room for a large rig, but be aware it is not a pull-through, so you may want to back in rather than having to back out when you leave.

We loved camping on Justin’s land. The site was perfect. We had an amazing week of weather and could have easily spent several more days here. The views were amazing and the mossy forest made it fell like a childhood adventure in the woods.

We'd never used Hipcamp before, but some friends highly recommended it, so we thought we'd give it a try. If you like a very private and quiet site, and like being serenaded to sleep by loons and a nearby duet of owls, then this is the site for you. The site is very well maintained, and to us, the perfect campsite. The lake is beautiful and just right for canoeing or kayaking. We'd go back in a heartbeat.
