I only stayed one afternoon/night but my two small pups and I really enjoyed it! The owners and their two pups Annie and Reba are so nice. It was a peaceful stay. Highly recommend.

Clean, Safe & Easy to Find

This was our first Hipcamp stay of the trip and it was a great experience. The site was clean and we felt very safe and comfortable there. We arrived after dark, so we really appreciated the little solar lights that helped us get situated. We happened to be the only ones staying there that night, so it felt very private. Because of that, we couldn’t really tell how close the other campsites are when they’re occupied. We stayed in Site 1, which was just a stone’s throw from the porta-potty. We didn’t end up using it, but it was nice knowing it was there. We entered the GPS coordinates we were sent directly into our map and had no trouble finding the property, even at night. It was a very easy and comfortable first stop on our trip.

Great place! 4th stay. Every time I visit I see more improvements. Picnic tables, solar lights to use. New handwash station. New shaded site where I stayed. Will continue to use as my halfway stop. Highly recommend.

Great value and close to I95

It was perfect for what we needed. Very close to I95. Porta pottie was clean and completely acceptable. Site was quiet and beautiful. The extra solar lights were a nice touch. Would definitely camp here with our truck camper again. Worth the price.

We booked our stay at the last minute, and the hosts were perfect. They even came to start the fire because it had just rained and it would have been difficult for us to get it going ourselves! The place is incredible, and I can only imagine how beautiful it must be when the weather is nice!

The sites are a little close together but we had the fortune of being by ourselves two of the nights. Nice place otherwise and the owners are very friendly. Overall a good experience.

Quiet and convenient

Steve and April continue to make improvements to their property making it a must stop location for repeated visits. It’s closes enough to the interstate for a stop along a long distance route yet far enough to not be disturbed by the traffic. A little slice of heaven!

Glamping tent

It was a great value. You get a lot of fire wood for an additional charge. The pond had tiny fish. The porter johns where clean. The sites are a little bit closer together than I thought. The owners have two dogs that run free and will wonder by to see you. They are friendly.

The site was in the corner which was fine for me! Since this was my first time camping, I think the area was ok! The host did inform me of an alligator nearby which was alarming, but I never saw and took precautions against seeing it! The area was serene and quiet. The host and her husband were very friendly and sweet! I would recommend staying here whether for an overnight or several nights!!!

When we first arrived we didn’t realize that we had booked an RV site which was in the field and lacks privacy. April was quick to find alternative sites for us to camp at and we ended up staying at one of the tent sites. It was beautiful and much more private. April’s place is dog friendly and my puppers enjoyed being off-leash. They also provided firewood at a very reasonable rate. We would absolutely stay again! Only con was the bugs, but… that’s camping!

Quiet camping spot

Steve and April have provided a wonderful campsite just a short drive off of I 95. Each. Amp site had a picnic table, rope lights a fire pit and a Weber. Charcoal grill. They were polite, congenial and responsive. The port a let was clean and well stocked as well. They are building out the site to include a winery which will be amazing! What a perfect spot for a night a weekend or a week!

A beautiful spot! Great location and friendly hosts. There were other campers but plenty of space for privacy. Porta potty’s were clean and easily accessible. Our dog was able to run around and even made friends with the hosts two pups! Best part was waking up to all the birds singing from the tree tops! :)

This place was a calm, relaxing area to spend your time. The people that own it were very kind and welcoming. The bathrooms were very clean and sanitized. It was a very cheap get away which is nice and a plus for it being so well cleanly kept.

The host was extremely responsive and very helpful! The site was easy to find, and everything we needed was visible and easy to get to. It was beautiful, quiet, and we loved watching the stars over a campfire. We only spent the night but I’d go back in a heart beat!

Great Spot, Great Hosts

Steve and April’s property is beautiful, easily accessible, and perfect for a stopover. I was in a campervan and the sites were flat and nicely spread out. I had a wonderful time until I tried to turn around on the narrow road outside of the site and got stuck in a ditch. Totally my fault, but Steve came to my rescue and pulled me out with his tractor. Above and beyond and I am grateful to him for saving me $350 tow truck bill. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to coming back to check out the winery.

We were just traveling through georgia on our way back home and stopped here. The site was gorgeous and I would definitely recommend even for longer stays. Plenty of fire wood, a charcoal grill and even some lights on each spot. :) the lagoon and crickets at night were nice as well. If youre lucky youll hear an owl like we did!
