Full RV hookups
Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at all sites.
Snowbirds welcome for the entire season. Discounts available for multiple months. Located out in the country in a gated community with about 40 homes on five acre lots with lovely shaded walking trails. Ten minute drive to restaurants, stores, Alachua County Equestrian Center, Easton Archery Center, and Champions Park Softball Tournaments. Florida's longest zipline opened July 2025, and is only 15 minutes away. Also close by you'll find University of Florida Gator sports, many Florida springs, and Michael Singer. We have two sites, both with septic, good water, and 50 or 30 amp hookup. The Suwannee Site is for smaller campers up to 27’ feet, and the Ichetucknee Site is more shaded and has room for campers up to 34 feet long. Because of the curviness of our driveway, we cannot accommodate any rigs longer than 50’ including tow vehicle.

It was a great trip! In Gainesville area is so much to see and a lot of old Florida History to discover. Our hosts were very kind and friendly and waited for us in the evening because we were late caused by traffic and heavy rain. The property was lid up so we could find everything well even in the dark and with help from Susie and Jay. Two wonderful people with a good heart ❤️. Susie had a little welcome gift and helpful instructions for the campsite and a list of places to see and restaurants to go. We will definitely come back because we felt really welcome and safe , had our privacy in a wonderful gated community on 5 acres Land and felt like home. We couldn’t see all places on the list , so we have to come back anyway. If you go and visit the Dudley Farm, there is a guided tour Saturdays at 10 am. It’s worth it if you are interested in history. Thank you very much Susie & Jay. You guys made our stay outstanding! ❤️🙏🏻

Susan and Jeff were amazing hosts. They greeted us with a warm welcome and showed us the utmost considerations in every aspect of our stay. The lil care package was a thoughtful and surprising treat. We will hopefully be back soon.
