Snowbirds welcome for the entire season. Discounts available for multiple months. Located out in the country in a gated community with about 40 homes on five acre lots with lovely shaded walking trails. Ten minute drive to restaurants, stores, Alachua County Equestrian Center, Easton Archery Center, and Champions Park Softball Tournaments. Florida's longest zipline opened July 2, 2025, and is only 15 minutes away. Also close by you'll find University of Florida Gator sports, many Florida springs, and Michael Singer. We have two sites, both with septic, good water, and 50 or 30 amp hookup. The Suwannee Site is for smaller campers up to 27’ feet, and the Ichetucknee Site is more shaded and has room for campers up to 34 feet long. Because of the curviness of our driveway, we cannot accommodate any rigs longer than 50’ including tow vehicle.

Snowbirds are welcome to stay for an entire season. Discounts available for multiple months. The Suwannee Site is in our backyard next to our barn. The backyard is flat with several acres of grass and wooded areas that campers can use for recreation. We have limited the Suwannee Site to campers and RV's no longer than 27 feet. The best way to access the campsite is to back in. No campfires can be used. Our house is on the property located about 75 feet from the campsite and can be seen from the campsite. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 50 or 30 AMP electricity, water, and sewer hookups. When you arrive, please stop at our mailbox and we will escort you to the site. We have a two vehicle limit per site. That means one camper and one tow vehicle. If you need to arrive with more than two vehicles, please let us know ahead of time. There may be an extra fee. Florida's longest Zipline opened in July 2025, and it is only a 15 minute drive from our place. You will enjoy the large back yard, walking trails, short distances to stores, restaurants, Florida springs, Gator football, Champions Park, Easton Archery, Alachua County Equestrian Center, etc.

Susan was a wonderful host! Spot was beautiful and the full hookups were very convenient! Susan had a thoughtful gift for us when we arived. If we are every in Newberry again, I will check to see if her site is available first! Thanks again, susan!!

MILES of SHADY NEIGHBORHOOD TRAILS!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Happy Trails in Susie and Jay’s beautiful backyard! They were very attentive and generous hosts… greeting us when we arrived and helping us get hooked up to their 50 amp service with water, sewer and a strong WiFi! Susie also hooked us up with hot oven-fresh rolls, farm-fresh eggs and the “welcome packet of info” they share with their Air B&B guests. Our shady site was beside ACRES of woods that connected to MILES of wide, shady, neighborhood trails overlooking huge green pastures of adjacent farms… perfect for quiet, evening strolls and safe E-BIKE adventures for retirees like us. We LOVED being there on their 5-acre slice of country heaven in such a peaceful neighborhood of fine homes. We highly recommend staying with them and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay the host and hostess was very accommodating . The site met all of our needs. There was a lot to see in the area. We really enjoyed the town of High Springs great bakery and consignment shops.
