This is an end unit concrete RV pad with full hook-ups in a RV neighborhood in the heart of Fairplay, Colorado. The neighborhood offers amenities like laundry, game room, outdoor grilling area and fenced dog walk. This camp is located just 30 minutes from Breckenridge and Buena Vista, it's adjacent to BLM land, hiking trails, and walking distand to the "Fairplay Beach." Also just a few minutes drive to national forest access and nestled in the center of the fly fishing capital of Colorado.This is the last concrete pad on the right after turning right onto Star Gazing Cir, immediately before the entrance to the tiny home neighborhood. The concrete pad is 35 feet and the RV can hang off the back about 5 feet, and then there is room for the tow vehicle or 1 additional vehicle only to the side.

Camp Star Gaze
It’s in a cute little tiny house community. It was quiet and had everything we needed. A level concrete pad. Great location, an easy drive to Guanella Pass.
