Nestled in the Sequoia National Forest, this master suite with private entrance on a 30 acre property boasts a spectacular view of Lake Isabella and surrounding mountains. A quiet, secluded spot with multiple sitting areas, visitors can take long walks or short hikes right from the property. While less than 2 miles from the main boulevard, this modern studio space with rustic appointments has a private bathroom (tub/shower), king bed*, 46” TV w/ smart sound bar, nightstands w/ USB ports, reading chair with ottoman and lamp. Breakfast nook has small fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle and dining table, plus an outside eating and sitting area. With no close neighbors other than homeowner, the Mountain Top Studio is separate from main house above. Complete privacy, peace and quiet is offered, while the homeowner is open to providing a property walk-through, tips on what to do in the area, and general interaction as needed. *King bed is memory foam/spring hybrid w/ memory foam pillows. Mattress and pillows all have protective, waterproof coverings, which are sanitized between visitors. No close neighbors other than homeowner. Suite is separate from main house above. Complete privacy, peace and quiet. Adults only. No Pets. No Smoking.

Enjoy the expansive view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the 25 acre private escape with endless hiking opportunities right outside your door. We have two RVs with full hook-ups. RV #1 is a 26' Jayco Jay Flight 23MBH – Sleeps 4-6. It has a great floor-plan with a slide-out dinette, true queen Murphy bed and twin bunks in the rear. Sleeps 4-6, fully self contained. Features dinette bed conversion, sofa, queen Murphy bed and twin bunks. Ice cold A/C for the Summer, toasty furnace for Fall/Winter. Refrigerator, freezer, stove/oven, microwave, TV/CD/DVD. RV #2 (listed separately) is a 29' Jayco Jay Flight 26BHW that has double size bunks in back, a Queen bed up front. Sleeps 4-6 and is fully self contained. Dinette & Sofa convert to smaller beds. Very happy!!

Had a great time and space was very clean. Big bathroom that was not pictured that was super clean. The unit is attached to the main house but still felt private as you are under the main house. AC worked very well and very happy with first experience. Great communication. Thanks all!

Beautiful location with great amenities, the flat has an amazing view and was really clean and tidy. JD was really friendly and at check in and offered up some recommendations for the area. All in all a great stay.

Best RV camping trip!

Split Mountain Private RV site #1

This RV site was amazing. It had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and quiet, and just a short trip into town. Kernville and the surrounding areas are amazing. We had no issues getting there and hooking up a 32 foot RV. Our hosts were so nice and accommodating. They gave us amazing recommendations on where to spend the day at the river and which places to eat/drink at. I have nothing negative at all to say about this trip, the RV site, the hosts, etc. If you are questioning whether you should come here and rent this site, JUST DO IT! We will definitely be coming back.
