Overall we had a great time, however, few things people maybe aware of, Alta lake is not accessible to the public, so if you were planning on enjoying lakes, think again. My kids and I were disappointed about it. On our way to the camp site, we took the wrong path and we ended up in the neighbor property, I made a U turn once I discovered my mistake and on the way out I ran into the property owner (rude Karin), she immediately asked if I seen the no trass signs I apologized and told her we were looking for the camp sites she replied rudely and said you find it.
Make sure you plan to grab toilet paper and take your trash when you leave because no trash bin. Lastly, we spent 2 nights, at first day 2 dogs came to our campsite, German shepherd and Pit bull, both were too friendly and old, we were bothered first night because they came by our tent in the middle of the night and started barking at any noise which kind was very annoying, next day I showed the dogs that they were not allowed to be near the campsite therefore we did had great quiet night sleep. I just wanted to share my experience.
