We do have a fire pit on the property that you are welcome to use, as well as a charcoal grill. You are responsible for bringing your own charcoal, lighters, etc. If you need wood bundles please let us know.
We are located appx 20 minutes from Lake Thurmond and several well-known golf courses.
The entire property is a no-smoking zone. This includes cigarettes, vape pens, etc. This is also a non-drinking zone. No alcohol of any kind is allowed on the premises. These rules are set in place for the safety of my family and my animals.
Please let us know if there is anything you need before your arrival and we do our best to accommodate you. For your convenience there is a Dollar General located one mile down the road.

Welcome to beautiful Aiken County SC! We are a small homestead/farm 10 miles north of the wonderful little city of Aiken. Our clothing optional farm offers access to sandy roads for riding horses and 4 wheelers, a sand pit is also close by for some exciting 4 wheeler action. Our travel trailer is situated next to the house but offers a private refuge. Pets are allowed but we have livestock guardian dogs so they must be leashed. Camp site was amazing. Jame's was very accommodating allowing me to switch sites when I realized there was no power on the site I originally booked. Location is beautiful. No light polution, can see tons of stars at night. Bathroom and shower are small but heated and air conditioned with plenty of hot water. Easy access trails to the restroom/shower. Had a lovely time.

My family had a great time! Nice, simple little camp spot in the woods with a campfire. Completely secluded and quiet. Great views of the stars with no lights. Lots of wood around, but would recommend bringing some of your own. Small wildlife and deer. The host was very helpful. I would recommend! 👍

Loved this campsite! It’s right by the lake with a beautiful view especially at sunrise and sunset. The spot was clean, quiet and perfect for a relaxing weekend. Great place to unwind, fish or just sit by the water. Alex has firewood at the entrance to the right under an open shed. I recommend grabbing some before you set up camp because it’s a good distance from the camp site. I thought that was a really nice bonus. Thank you Alex! Definitely coming back!

We, the wife and two dogs, love this place. Nearly every summer and winter our travels takes us near Deerfield and we love it so much, we keep coming back. The location is scenic and private and quiet. It maybe out-of-the-way, but worth the extra few miles.

It's great! Not crowded like the parks with RV's packed 15 feet away from one another and no campers walking through your campsite. The host family was super friendly. There were about 12 deer near the campsite in the morning. The kids loved seeing them.

Such a quiet place to stay. You have the opportunity to relax on the large deck overlooking water. Such a relaxing place. The dome had everything we needed. Bonus points for the hammock! We will definitely be back!

We loved our trip. The hosts went above and beyond to have us have a comfortable stay. I have two toddlers, and it rained a majority of our trip, but would you believe that they set up a busy box for our toddlers so that they could have activities to do inside the camper?? So generous.
The bed was comfortable, the hot water was piping hot, the string lights were perfect. We really had no complaints. It was very quiet and relaxing! We had a great time. Highly recommend. We will be back!!!!

Beautiful! Clean! The grass was so soft. Perfect for barefoot walking. Bees and dragonflies buzzing in harmony, like surround sound, while fishing. Lots of big fish being caught all around me making kids squeal and laugh. I became the personal chef for a sneaky, pond turtle who loved my bait. Taking pictures of the beauty was my favorite experience.

What a beautiful state park.!! The campsites are well spaced. Almost all are waterfront, though some have an easier entrance to the water than others. The bathhouse near us was super clean and modern. It can be quite a walk to them though depending on your location. I think the park has been updated since the 2017 reviews. Red clay, so be careful of your clothes. We had an ant and yellow jacket problem. I would absolutely go back again though.

Great boating and fishing. Huge campsites. Look at sites in person, some are very steep. Facilities not in great shape but the beauty and privacy make up for it.
