Comfy bed inside so you can enjoy nature without popping a tent. Covered gazebo area with sitting area, fire pit, charcoal grill! Bring your own water and firewood or find some in the woods nearby. Perfect for campers who like to step it up just a notch. Totally off grid, solar powered. Plenty of walking trails, nature abound… including deer, birds, and other wildlife. You may walk to the lake and use the kayaks, jonboat, or paddleboat. ! There are approximately 80 acres to roam, bring your fishing poles! 2 bikes provided, fire pit with grilling accessories, hammock, charcoal grill, camping toilet. Send me a message for details! This is a comfy bed in a tiny "home." If you love to camp but don't particularly care to worry with setting up a tent and all that goes with it, this is the place for you! There is no ac, but the sleeping space does have a fan, lights, and plug ins that run off of solar panelsComfy full size bed is located inside the tiny room. Perfect for experiencing nature without the hassle of pitching a tent. There is a nice firepit and a grate to grill on as well as a charcoal grill. There is also a covered gazebo area and camping style toilet You will have access to 80 acres to hike, fish, kayak, paddle boat, bike ride, bird watch, or observe nature. Bikes, kayaks, and a paddleboat are provided, bring your own fishing poles. Enjoy feeding the ducks, beavers are often seen swimming in the lake as well. Nearby you will find Three Star Vineyards which often hosts live entertainment, downtown Aiken is just a short drive and often has live music and an array of restaurants. The Big Mo is a drive in theater that is just a few miles away. This site is setup for 2 people, but you may pitch your own tent to accommodate up to 4 additional guests for a fee.

What a great property to visit it's so amazing of the owners to allow the experience you get to have here! Exploring and having 80 acres to yourself with a private lake what more can you ask for in a camping vacation. Don't miss this visit.

Best one yet!

The Cozy Canopy

We stay at a lot of Hipcamps and Airbnbs and this by far one of our favorites that we have stayed it!! The property is beautiful and secluded. We hiked, kayaked, sat by the fire, and enjoyed the local winery. If you want to get away from it all and relax book this place! Make sure to put the directions in Apple Maps as Google Maps took me the wrong way but an easy fix. The host gave us everything we needed to have an excellent stay. If you are thinking of booking DO IT!!!
