My husband and I built the barn and all structures! The house was the last thing to get finished, we moved in March of 2020. We raise Cattle and Bernese Mountain Dogs. We also enjoy training horses and competing with the Mustang Heritage Foundation. If you walk around you will see many American Mustangs! Nestled in a private canyon just 20 minutes from Fort Collins, this 5-star RV stay offers the perfect escape. Don’t worry about rv parks, dump stations, and utilities. It’s all taken care of for you, nestled on a custom dug terrace overlooking my private canyon. Sunrises and sunsets are a dream! This RV is parked for you, set, and ready to enjoy. City water is provided (I fill it for each visitor). I also take care of the sewage and grey tanks for every visitor. This is an off grid property, with all the amenities you need. There is no cell service, but I have you covered. Starlink satellite is on site, and gives you super fast, high speed connection. Enjoy 20 acres of wildflowers, quiet nights, and stunning canyon views. Unfortunately, due to high fire danger in our area, fires are not currently allowed. The RV is fully equipped for comfort, with a brand new detached dual fuel generator. It has a queen size bed, two bunk beds, and a convertible dining table that makes into another full sized bed. Sleep 5 in comfort. Adventure nearby: fish the Poudre River (10 minutes) or catch live music at Mishawaka Amphitheater (20 minutes). Peace. Quiet. Spring colors. Adventure. In a secluded private mountain canyon! Kings Canton is tucked away. I have spent 8 years rebuilding the road for access by most vehicles. Four wheel drive is recommended just in case, but not necessary. The private road has loose gravel in spots. Most SUVs can access. I have had my Ford Focus and my Toyota Prius up there (although some people say I’m crazy). I don’t recommend kings canyon for anyone with fear of heights! The roads are safe, but there are steep drops and switchbacks. Explore my property and witness hummingbird migrations. They fly here from Mexico. If you’re unsure about access, or anything else, please message me prior to booking and I’ll give you my honest assessment. No one knows Kings Canyon better than I do!

The cabin had pretty views from bed, a lovely heater (very thankful for this! Kept us warm even in 30 deg and snowing outside) and was a close drive to state parks! The hosts met us at arrival and were very kind and helpful. Two people and one dog felt tight in the cabin but made for more bonding time. Would recommend!!

I am already looking forward to booking again. Chaz met me at the site and showed me the ropes. He was very hospitable while respecting our privacy. The cabin was warm and cozy on a very cold and windy night. The site is serene and full of wild life and beautiful rock formations. The double bed was comfortable and our night was quiet and restful. This place is a true gem.

We stayed in the horse trailer! It was very cute, quiet and warm! Christine was very nice and welcoming and let us shower inside! The outdoor kitchen was amazing even with it being out of season. Id definitely recommend this for a stop! The animals were also very fun to pet and play with. Will definitely come back again!

Such a beautiful, quiet property. An even more beautiful sheepwagon! Such a cool idea. Shannon has made it so extremely comforting inside, and I was so warm with the heater and all of the cozy bedding. Such sweet animals - including a cat to keep me company each time I used the bathroom in the barn haha. Thank you so much for opening up your space, coming from Pennsylvania, this was a great visual opportunity for me to gain inspiration in the life I feel called to.
