The owners were very friendly, and accommodating! They do reside on the property, but you wouldn’t know as they give you your privacy. They are friendly and were nice to chat with. There are trails that are mowed, which we walked. Veggies, sourdough, and jams for purchase. We will definitely return for another trip! Very nice spot, or and an area for games or just hanging out!

Our favorite camping trip we have ever taken as a family! We will be back at least annually if not more often! What a fantastic place to go and the best of hosts possible! They homestead is not only idyllic visually but Sue and Allan make the experience a 15/10!! The area has a lot of fun things to do and explore - just ask for recommendations! We only stayed 1 night at the barn, but I wish we had been able to stay longer! Kim was so warm and welcoming and every amenity was provided, even things I never considered! The loft was full of books and vintage toys; my girls played for hours exploring and stretching their imaginations! I could not recommend this site enough!

This was our second time camping at Wedges Creek. We loved the first experience so much we came back with more people. We had campsites and cabins rented. Cabins 2, 3, 4 and 5. All we absolutely adorable. Clean and cozy! The campsites were 7 and 8. We enjoyed beautiful bonfires at night with a bonus of watching the wildlife walk along the fields. Take advantage of the woodfired Pizza! Amazing! Live music at night made for a fun night of dancing. Outdoor venue on nice days along with an indoor venue in case of weather. Jeff, the host, goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Make sure you ask him for the story of Frog Town and take the tour if you can! Highly recommend! Already planning our 3rd trip!

This spot was perfect. The hosts were welcoming and gracious. Sweet views across a meadow of wild flowers and the walking trails were well marked and meandered throughout the 30 acres. I definitely will come again.

Very nice property with trails and a green house. With plants and flowers for sale picked up some tomatoes plants for my garden. Host are very friendly and the dog is a great greater. Got lots of pets.

Weekend Trip to Wedges Creek Hideaway Pizza Farm!

Jeff’s vision for his land and the way he operates is incredibly sustainable and inspiring. The grounds were impeccable and there’s repurposed art around every corner. The cabin was way above my expectations with comfortable linens and an amazing mattress. Jeff himself is incredibly personable, earth conscious and most importantly, he is kind. This is going to be my new go to for a weekend away. I can’t wait to go back!

Kim and David and the whole family are truly special people. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and your mission to share such a wonderful place. I’d advise anyone looking at this Hipcamp to book it; you’ll be in for a real treat. The farm dogs are loping, lumbering, and lovable. Such great personalities. My little girl had such fun playing with them, feeding the chickens, and exploring the tulips. Kim and David went above and beyond to make us comfortable and delight us. We will absolutely be back.

We had such a lovely weekend! The beds are very comfy. The loft is roomy and cozy. The breakfast was excellent, highly recommended! The best part of our stay were our hosts, Kim and David! 5 nights at Cozy Lofted Barn Retreat

Kim and David's lofted barn was the perfect winter hideaway. They put so much effort into their property and the barn, and it shows--the loft is incredibly comfortable, even at freezing temps. We stayed five nights, and got to see some fantastic winter mists, beautiful sunsets, and STARS. So many stars! Kim makes a phenomenal breakfast, so do yourself a favor and take advantage of that during your stay. The amenities are great--camp stove, sink, and camp toilet located on the lower floor of the barn. Eau Claire is a short drive away, with tons of beautiful trails and walking paths. Thanks again Kim, David, Izzy and Lula! We loved staying with you!
