Over two acres of field grass surrounding by rolling hills with views of farms, cows, horses, and the eastern foothills of the Cascade mountains. There is a 1/2 acre pond on the camp property with frogs, turtles, wild birds and wild ducks and geese drop in all the time. Very quiet and peaceful out here, the frogs will sing you to sleep and that's about the only sound you will hear. There is power and water hooks up at 2 of 3 camp sites. Multiple tent sites , restroom available Two large and level RV spots are graveled and can accommodate your 5th wheel, diesel pusher, trailer or toy hauler. Paulette was an incredible host, introducing us to kittens on the farm that my daughter adored, allowing us to pick some produce, and providing light to set-up the tent as we checked in late. This spot comes highly recommended for RV and tent campers, and especially stands out as a fun place to camp with young children.

This is such a special site! Paulette was incredibly welcoming, and had lots to share. The site is well away from everything with plenty of space for my group and the dogs. The lookout is adorable. The views, the sun set/rise, and the night sky were spectacular. 100% would recommend to anybody!

What a beautiful relaxing tent spot. I travel a lot and stupid amount and I’m over hotels. This place was just what I needed to regenerate my mind , body and soul. The host was super nice and said hello and made sure all was good for me and I didn’t see him again I was left to piece and quite and I loved it. Early mornings are awesome with the sun coming up over the horizon and I had a great fire pit to watch at night. Well, done Roger you’ve got a beautiful property.

This washout first Hipcamp experience. We decide to stay at this location on our way to Idaho to break up our drive. The location is easy to find and very quiet with the only sounds of coyotes at night. The owners dog was quick to greet us and played with our dog. He was so nice he played next to our trailer for most of the night and kept the coyotes up on the hill all night long. Jarrod was a great host and made sure to say hello to us after we arrived and to make sure everything was good and offer any help. He also stopped by in the morning to tell us goodbye. There is zero cell service at this location so if you need to contact Jarrod prior to arrival make sure you do so before you get near hos place. once connected to WIFI there everything was good to go. the water,power, and sewer hookup were good and reliable. if you are going to use the sewer you may want to make sure you bring an extra long hose or hook 2 together. All in all I would recommend this location to anyone and will stay here again in the future.

We spent a few nights here, getting some nice and relaxing family time. There was plenty of room for a large tent. Roger the host is a nice guy and was on top of everything that we could need. We stopped here as one of the last places during our trip back home. The cool grass was SO welcome, and the dogs loved it. The river was full of wildlife and our boy loved watching the different large birds flying in. He loved the blue herons. The bathrooms were clean (AND AIR CONDITIONED!). Roger takes great care of this property and it shows.

It was a beautiful Ranch! Gorgeous views. Paulette was very accommodating. Unfortunately for us though, the wind was high and we were tent camping so the weather wasn't great. Definitely recommend if you have a comfy place to sleep. Pricing is a bit high in our opinion. But if you can afford it, definitely go! Gorgeous place, fun to see the animals. Especially the peacock 🦚 😄

Beautiful spot to camp!! Roger was welcoming and Tina, the pug, got along great with our pup. My favorite part was the mist over the river in the early morning. Bathroom was very clean and we loved having access to the the coffee/hot cocoa bar. I would highly recommend this spot!!

Everything was well maintained and as described. Roger was the perfect host and provided a great nearby breakfast spot recommendation. We loved the small friendly dogs. Mosquitos were not an issue with a light breeze in the evening and overnight/morning hours. We had a great 1-night stay!

Extraordinary views and delicious produce! This was a really special place to camp, enjoy the night sky and the expanse of the Washington landscape. Paulette was an amazing host and shared much about the ranch and its workings on the farm tour. Plus amazing pickles and meat from the farm store!
