This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces." Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. Over two acres of field grass surrounding by rolling hills with views of farms, cows, horses, and the eastern foothills of the Cascade mountains. This is such a special site! Paulette was incredibly welcoming, and had lots to share. The site is well away from everything with plenty of space for my group and the dogs. The lookout is adorable. The views, the sun set/rise, and the night sky were spectacular. 100% would recommend to anybody!

My husband and I booked this place as a very last minute adventure to get out of town. Very solid location to be able to explore all the beautiful nature around the area! Only took about 15 minutes to get into Yakima. The campsites were spaced out nicely, a little more open than some but still felt private enough. The running water and restrooms were a very nice amenity to have, as well as the cute little store and restaurant. Waking up to the mountain views in the distance was a very nice bonus. The river was beautiful, and the night star viewing was great as well. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to go explore the area and just enjoy being outside.

They have a beautiful property and the pond with a large willow tree's branches cascading into the water was incredibly picturesque! Our in the ground greenhouse was very cool and unique. The fact that it has no power is an added bonus of camping feelings. But would love to see some updated/new working solar lights inside and out. Once dark, the stairs can be a little worrisome heading down into the unit. Could have been incredibly romantic for us had our 6 yr old not been with or at least gone to bed before 2am cuz she was so jazzed about the place, lol. But that's on us of course, not the owners, lol. Also, for me personally (with a heavy housekeeping background) I would have preferred to see a good bit less dirt/debris (on the concrete floor/rugs) and active spiderwebs (as in, spiders in them near sides of bed and headboard)...as this simply would require a broom for both tasks to be done fairly quickly & easily. And I would have felt a little more relaxed. But overall, would definitely recommend and me and my 6 yr old made an agreement for us to come back yearly together to celebrate my birthday every year if possible.

I really like to camp by water and while you drive by water you're actually camping out in the field. But it was quiet and peaceful. Bonus in the morning there were little pigs and roosters and chickens so that was really cool.

We absolutely loved our stay at Willow Barn. The pond was perfect for paddle boarding with our grandchildren & they even caught a couple tiny fish! The property is beautiful & the perfect place to relax. It was fun watching the pigs roam around in the big yard. The hosts were so friendly, our grandaughters had a blast playing with their daughters. We loved our dogs were welcomed. The group fire pit towards the front of the property is awesome to sit around at night. We will absolutely be back (next weekend)! We’re excited to find a place a hour away that feels like the perfect place to spend our weekends!

Host was helpful and let us change spots to get farther away from the pond as we have an adventurous and rambunctious 2 year old. We stayed in the back pasture and had a great time. Our kids loved watching the piggies run around. I will say that Spot #7 “Willow shade” says it’s good for an RV on Hipcamp however it seems better suited for a tent. Not a problem for us as I said the host let us park our pop ip trailer in a different area.
