Our farm is located in the center of the Yakima Valley in Southeastern Washington State. The physical address is 3510 Scoon Road Sunnyside, Washington. The Valley is known as the fruit bowl of the nation. The site is located on a farm that has been in production on the Roza slope 4 miles north of Sunnyside since 1945. Surrounded by fields of peppermint, Concord grapes, and a variety of crops within walking distance it is a fertile paradise. The Yakima Valley has thousands of acres of wine grapes, hops, apples, cherries, pears, peaches, and vegetables. Wineries are located up and down the Valley and people drive 100s of miles to do wine tours. Several microbreweries are also accessible and within 50 miles to the west you’ll be in premier hiking in the Cascades.
When arriving or at departure please make sure the padlocks on both man gate and drive in gates are UNLOCKED. Thank you

Loved the space! Only issue was the fog and so backing in you can’t see what’s gravel and what is dirt and we got stuck for the night, we got out but just be careful! Otherwise beautiful place and so cozy!

What a relaxing time at the treehouse! The bathroom view was a highlight. The house was well stocked including steak seasoning which we forgot. Directions were clear and it was easy to find. We would love to come back.

We loved camping on their land. It was very peaceful and cozy. No other campers, just us. We appreciated how most of the yard was fenced. Having well behaved dogs, we didnt have to tether them. The owners were very kind and easy to work with. Even left us some fresh corn from their garden. We stayed here for the annual Hot Air Balloon Festival in Prosser. Location was perfect. Lots to do in the area too. We will be back! Thank you!!

We spent two nights in the treehouse. The view was awesome! It was quiet, secluded and relaxing. The outside shower was super fun to use and inside the treehouse had everything you would need. Weather was perfect and we enjoyed the town of Goldendale.

This location was very quiet and peaceful. 17 minutes from the Goldendale Observatory. The gravel road was beautifully groomed! It was very easy to drive. Thanks for letting us crash at the ravens roost!

This was my first HipCamp experience ever & what a knockout! I saw evidence of people at the top of the hill, but did not see another human during my stay, which was great! Cat was very responsive to messages, and let me move to the site nearer the toilet that had a picnic table. I wandered the forest roads a bit, collecting a few agates, then had a very restful night among the scrub oak and pines. It's not far from the highway, but feels very remote & has beautiful mountain vistas. Thank you!

Wow. Just wow. This treehouse exceeded all our expectations! What a wonderful night we had celebrating my husband’s birthday. We BBQ’d on the deck, explored the grounds with our golden retriever and slept in the trees and under the stars. The outdoor shower was wonderful and the outdoor toilet was 100/10! We even had a resident tree frog visit the deck as well. We will definitely be back!

5 nights at B&B Treehouse Ranch
Three of us (Grandmother, mom, grandson) enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay at Scott's Private Treehouse With Amazing View. The beds were very comfortable, the tiny kitchen area had just what we needed to make our own modest meals, and the convenience of a plumbed toilet and shower was awesome! This was luxurious compared to the tent camping we usually do.
We were there in August and lucked out on comfortable weather in the mid-70s with night-time breezes wafting through the cabin at night. AC was available if needed, though. I haven't slept so well in years!
The sunset view of Mt. Hood was lovely, and the stars at night inspiring.
A great base of operations for Columbia River explorations.

Weekend Trip to Ricks Exercise Farm
