This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Beautiful, well thought out, and clean space that had everything one needs to create beautiful memories with friends and families. The whole property is gorgeous with stunning views. The fire pit was so lovely especially on a rainy day, and so nice to have items provided for smores as well. Loads of cards and board games. Would stay here again and recommend 10/10!

We loved camping in Boxcar Annie! It had all the modern conveniences and was sparkling clean. The land was well maintained, quiet, and a short walk from the river. The outdoor patio and propane fire pit was a wonderful surprise and put to use nightly. The host was very responsive and so nice. Would definitely come here again!

My friends and I came here during our cross country road trip and was such a wonderfully magic experience. The Moon tent was so nice because we felt like we had our own little section of the property. Sayer and Silas gave us the farm tour - we milked the goats and fed the chickens. We also had a wonderfully eye opening conversation about non tradtional ways of living. Definitely would come back and definitely recommend doing the farm tour!! This place is great, and they are doing wonderful work.

1 night at Willow Barn Ranch

They have a beautiful property and the pond with a large willow tree's branches cascading into the water was incredibly picturesque! Our in the ground greenhouse was very cool and unique. The fact that it has no power is an added bonus of camping feelings. But would love to see some updated/new working solar lights inside and out. Once dark, the stairs can be a little worrisome heading down into the unit. Could have been incredibly romantic for us had our 6 yr old not been with or at least gone to bed before 2am cuz she was so jazzed about the place, lol. But that's on us of course, not the owners, lol. Also, for me personally (with a heavy housekeeping background) I would have preferred to see a good bit less dirt/debris (on the concrete floor/rugs) and active spiderwebs (as in, spiders in them near sides of bed and headboard)...as this simply would require a broom for both tasks to be done fairly quickly & easily. And I would have felt a little more relaxed. But overall, would definitely recommend and me and my 6 yr old made an agreement for us to come back yearly together to celebrate my birthday every year if possible.

We had a lovely stay at the Earth Tent! The site was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with beautiful forest and mountain views that made it feel like a true escape. It was great staying in the Moon Tent! My girlfriend and I enjoyed exploring the land - our favorite part were the chickens and roosters who greeted us in the morning! Roxanne was also very helpful and the shower and bathroom areas were also well kept. We highly recommend!

It was an amazing experience! The farm is so spacious with an excellent view. The outdoor kitchen was so useful! We were able to cook and enjoy great meals while camping. They have a full fridge with space for the hipcampers to use, with a communal shelf. There was some fresh ground beef in there, so we were able to start our time there with the freshest burgers we have ever had! The outdoor shower was great, it was able to get almost too hot, but we managed to figure it all out and have full resets to our day in between exploring the very close national parks. We stayed at the Sun and Earth tents. Great to have electricity in the sun tent with provided sheets. My only suggestion is to bring electricity over to the Earth tent and provide sheets for it as well, just so the two tents that are next to each other can seem equally amazing!

Beautiful and peaceful. We loved spending our family summer vacation at 10 of Cups. It was just our family the first night. We shared the space with a group of four young adults the second and third night. It was beautiful communal living! Sharing the fire and the s’mores!
