RV's: * I suggest you use the far side of the road and, line your rig up to my driveway when you go in and out of the gate and be mindful of Trailer rear end swing when going through the gate. * Your RV spot is in front of the vacant 5th wheel. If you need help log in to my WiFi and call me, I’m very experienced and can help direct you from my Ring security camera. * There is no RV water or sewage dump hookups. Feel free to use anything in the yard or porch deck including the Deck... including the games and things at the rear of the 5th wheel including the Dog Poop picker upper. Fire Ban is usually on during the Summer, but small camp cooking fires are still allowed. DO NOT leave fire unattended. Enjoy our bit of Paradise.

A sweet rustic retreat in the heart of the Cascades. This charming historic home is tucked away on a private, shady lot filled with lilac and fruit trees. You are just steps from hiking and mountain biking trails, and a short drive or bike ride to beautiful Lake Cle Elum, the Alpine Lakes Wilderness, and the historic town of Roslyn. This is an historic home and private yard that feels like a hideaway and a portal to a quieter time and is also a great jumping off place for any kind of outdoor adventure. You can choose to sleep in the house or set up your tent in the shady yard, or both. Maximum capacity in the house is 2 people. Maximum capacity for the property is six people total. The driveway will accommodate one vehicle/van/camper and there is additional street parking. Weekend Trip to Simple Roots Ranch

We had a wonderful stay at the potting shed for our 2nd anniversary! Dave and Sharon are great and hospitable hosts who have put so much love and care into their property and this cabin. We had everything we needed and more and even though it was a very rainy weekend, we still got to enjoy the trails and gardens on the property with some raincoats on!! We woke up on our last morning to some delicious muffins dropped off in the kitchen and Dave cut us some mushrooms to take home with us! The kitchen was well-stocked and with it being super chilly outside the shower and kitchen sink still got warm!! This is such a cozy and peaceful place with all of the amenities that you’d need but with an outdoorsy glamping perk! We will definitely be back!

I was at the Mountain retreat with my daughter and 12-year-old grandson. We were all awed by the home, the views, and the sense of beauty. DeAnn made sure we were settled in and let us know she was available quickly if we needed her help. This home provided just what we needed. We had space for our alone times, great cooking and eating together times, and space to hang out together.

We had an awesome stay at Zach’s! Epic location. No problems plugging in my Tesla for some car camping before hiking to see the larches on Heather Maple Pass! We walked to the tavern down the road for dinner and met a cool local girl and made friends with the bartender Lori! The shower was such a nice treat after a long hike. Bathrooms were clean and the area was quiet. Trash cans available on site. Would highly recommend this spot!

Such a beautiful cabin, we stayed there with our in laws in the fall and it was so cozy. The view is stunning and so much space for our dogs to run around and play! Loved the wood burning stove, kept the place so toasty and with the rain it was such a vibe. Would absolutely be back! The host was so kind and responsive as well- she lended us whatever we needed and helped us get the fire going in the cabin.

What a cool experience! The Dome was comfortable and unlike anywhere I have ever stayed before. Definitely did not get cold with the thoughtful amenities: space heaters and blankets. There is firewood available for purchase and the bathrooms are a luxury! The only thing I’d be aware of is that you may not have service upon arrival, so you may not be able to contact Zachary thru the app. There is a code to get into the dome that I didn’t have directly, but luckily we were able to figure it out. Overall, I definitely recommend staying in the galaxy dome!

This arctic dome was such a cool find while hiking in the North Cascades! It had snowed on us on a few hikes so we were glad for some warmth. Both the dome and the restrooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. I did have to bring all of my blankets in because I couldn’t figure out the second heater (skill issue)! There are nice campsites down the trail overlooking the river and they’re really cute for groups! I love how close this was to town for snacks, too.

Our trip was exceptional :) We booked the Bell Tent very last minute and DeAnn was still incredibly accommodating. We arrived to a clean, well-kept site (and well-stocked, there’s dry firewood for sale if you need). DeAnn made sure to show us around her beautiful property and also gave us helpful tips on how to get down to the creek and where else to explore. The property is huge, and while the owners are on-site it still feels very secluded and private. The views of the mountains were incredible, the creek nearby (if you don’t mind getting muddy) was a fun walk away and was so vibrant! Also, the outhouse was much more convenient than expected :) DeAnn has thoroughly thought out how she hosts and the results are evident. If you book here, expect a private and comfortable experience!

We can't thank the hosts enough for such a magical stay. From The moment we stepped on property to the opening of the doors to the potting shed. Our minds bodies and hearts were at Peace. So glad we were able to spend our annversay on this amazing property. This getaway has been everything a more. Our family has a chance to connect with nature with each other while also enjoying individual solo time wonder the property. The fire pit and s’mores were our favorite. Second favorite were the dogs and picking flowers and learning about the Property. Even on a semi chilly fall day our body’s heart and soul were kept warm the entire stay. My daughter really enjoyed her loft and the WiFi. We slept sooo comfortably and cozy in the shed. This has been one of our favorite family getaway to date. As a solo female RVer, I’m always looking for a safe spot to park and this private land tucked back in the woods was perfect for a three day stay on Whidbey. The bonus access to a kitchen, indoor bathroom and shower was great! Ryan, the host when I was there, was very friendly and helpful. And having the house lights on when I arrived (much later than I planned and after dark!) was most helpful to be able to quickly get the RV settled for the first night. I couldn’t quite find a level spot, but had I spent a bit more time and worked with my tire blocks I’m sure I could have figured it out. The turnaround was tight but doable with a 19 ft trailer and a 15 ft SUV but some longer rigs might have to do some fancy turns to get out. Overall, great value! Thanks for hosting on Hipcamp!
