Weekend Trip to Willow Barn Ranch

Loved camping at site 8! What a clean and well maintained area. The Greenhouse was such a cute structure. Host was also very responsive whenever we had a query. Our site was far from the pig sty so it smelt fresh and we were content. Would love to come again.

Weekend Trip to Willow Barn Ranch

Lovely place! Beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Away from pigsty so no smell or anything. Bathroom was clean and flushable.

Weekend Trip to Mountain View Glamping Cabin

This is a really cute place in Doug’s property. Inside the cabin is a bed and small desk. The outdoor kitchenette has cold non-potable water, an electric water heater, toaster, microwave and fridge. The portolet was clean. There was an outdoor shower which we did not use. The place is located by a street that is not busy at all. It was 4 of us in two camper vans which worked out great. Dough is really nice! He does NOT like dogs on his property (which was classified incorrectly on the Hipcamp site). We would definitely stay again.

This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces." Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. Vehicles will most likely not be permitted on the grass itself with rare exceptions.

Also a great central location to headquarter to visit Seattle and Leavenworth for daytrips. Winter and summer activities, year-round in Cle Elum. A very private, peaceful RV park with 3 large RV-spaces, with water and 2 50amp and 1 30amp electrical hook-up. 3 fire pits and picnic tables, river trail down to Little Creek and Yakama River for float in/float out river tubing and fishing directly behind RV spaces. We have farm fresh eggs for sale and firewood bundles. Evening solar lights and festoon lighting in trees that allow for relaxing atmosphere. Spaces large enough for large busses and trailers for directly pull in in spaces #1 and #2. Space #3 is back-in only. Upon entry to property if you need to disconnect vehicle or trailers, there is a large space Southeast upon entry. Caretaker lives on site in the farmhouse. Pets are allowed on leash or off-leash under supervision. We have a 100-year old barn Airbnb barn cabin, if you need more space or you want to do private events with large yard for tents. Learn more about this land: Remodeled 1940's orchard workers’ cabin done in romantic cabin decor. The large deck has views to Mt. Clemen, a porch swing, table , chairs, umbrella, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, and hot/cold drinking water. A new patio features fire pit/box. New Sanican is attached to cabin and includes outdoor hot/cold shower. Complex includes four view acres, surrounding gardens, and is nestled in a patch of forest. Close to many outdoor and cultural activities. The cabin is close to many trails, ATV trails, fishing, hiking, and rock climbing areas. The rural roads here are seldom traveled, mostly by farm and orchard tractors and vehicles, farmer's pickups and bicycles. Houses are widely spread, few are closer than a half block. There are many empty fields and parking can happen almost anywhere. There are several places to park next to the cabin, even for larger RV's. There is no public transportation out here. Ordinary road map directions for getting here are very simple and straightforward. When you arrive at the property, just pull into the curving drive. You will see the cabin by itself to the left. Just park in front. Tieton is a rare place. The once dying town was re-discovered in the first decade of the new century by a couple friends on a mountain biking exploration. They got a vicious Goat's Head thorn in a tire and had to stop. They looked around at empty warehouses and closed stores and asked about it. The many small orchardists had been selling off their orchards to larger orchards and retiring. They saw opportunities in the empty buildings and had a vision. Artists, writers, poets, thinkers from all over the northwest have been visiting and moving here over the last 14 years, making this a unique town, with two hispanic restaurants, a gourmet restaurant, two convenience stores and a bakery. The town is thriving from grants for the local central park and from the activities now of two art galleries and many seasonal events. Check out Mighty Tieton .com. Mt.
